Methods: To establish a rat model of pancreaticoduodenal transplantation with venacava endocrine drainage and enteric eccrine drainage. The recipient rats were introperitoneally injected with 15 mg/kg of proline dithiocarbamate in experiment group and with equal amount of normal saline in control group 30 minutes before transplantation.

建立大鼠腔静脉内分泌引流、肠道外分泌引流的动物模型，脯氨酸二硫代氨基甲酸酯组供体胰腺保存在ProDTC的UW液中，受体鼠于移植前30min腹腔注射ProDTC(15mg/kg)；对照组供体胰腺仅保存在UW液中，受体鼠腹腔注射等量生理盐水，分别于再灌注后第0、1、3、6、12、24h等时点，处死大鼠，取血后切取移植胰腺。

To explore effect of copper on MPTP in liver cell, performance, blood index, hepatic function, growth hormone and histopathological change, copper sulfate, copper methionine and tribasic copper chloride had been used in this experiment, level of copper was 11mg/kg in control group, the three levels of each copper sulfate, copper methionene and TBCC added to the basas diet were 110mg/kg, 220mg/kg and 330mg/kg copper in experimental groups.

而Hcy有可能通过激活核转录因子通路增加损伤血管组织炎症因子的表达而加重血管球能损伤后新内膜的过度增生过程，叶酸能对抗Hcy的上述作用，对高同型半胱氨酸血症引起的血管成形术后再狭窄可能有一定的预防作用。

Results The clarity was good after roxithromycin redissolved in water; the preparation had no hemolysis phenomenon, no significant irritation effect on vessels and no allergic response. Conclusions The technics of preparing roxithromycin for injection is simple.

METHODS: Umbilical cord blood samples were sterilely isolated using Percoll density gradient centrifugation to harvest intermediate layer cells. DMEM medium containing fetal bovine serum, penicillin, streptomycin and L-glutamine was added. Following several adherences and purification, the floating cells were discarded. Thus, many adherent cells with a confluence were collected. When cells were 60%-80% confluent, cells were digested by trypsin for subculture.
