Methods:Six surfactants－bean phospholipid,pulmonary surfactant,rhamnose,imidazoline,natrium glycocholic acid and natrium glyceric acid were chosen as accelerator to made into insulin solutions,and then use tween－80 and span－80 as matrix to made insulin aerosols,which were ultrasounicly nebulized and inhaled by SD rats through nose.

选用豆膦脂、肺表面活性剂、鼠李糖、咪唑啉、甘氨胆酸钠和甘珀酸钠六种表面活性剂为促进剂，制成胰岛素溶液，再以吐温－80、司盘－80做基质制成胰岛素气雾剂，经超声雾化，自SD大鼠鼻腔吸入，分别检测其血糖降低程度。

METHODS: Cultured THP-1 monocytes were induced to macrophages by 0.1 μmol/L phorbol myristate acetate, and the differentiated THP-1 macrophages were incubated with 200 μmol/L Hcy for 24, 48 and 72 hours respectively. Then cell supernatant and lysate were collected as condition medium.

The results show that with Cd2 + Stress Pistia stratiote large increase of the concentration of leaf tissue of the chlorophyll content decreased, while the MDA, soluble protein content, proline content, lipid membrane permeability, SOD, POD, CAT, nitrate reduction The first enzyme content was increased at different times and reached a peak after the downward trend.

结果显示，随着镉胁迫浓度的增加大薸叶组织内的叶绿素含量呈下降的趋势，而丙二醛、可溶性蛋白含量、脯氨酸含量、脂膜相对透性、超氧化物歧化酶、过氧化物酶、过氧化氢酶、硝酸还原酶的含量呈先升高并在不同的浓度达到高峰后再下降的趋势。

This experiment was designed to explore the effect of glutamine/ lipopolysaccharide on expression of HSP70 in tissues of Trionyx sinensis and the relation between the function of Gln and it induce the expression of HSP70 in tissues. Twenty-four healthy Trionyx sinensises with similar weight were randomly divided into four groups.

Correlation analysis indicated that total chlorophyll contents in leaves of F. velutina and R. pseudoacacia Seedlings were negatively correlated with MDA content under both neutral salt stress and mixed salt stress. The total chlorophyll contents was positively correlated with Pro under neutral salt stress.However, the correlation was negative under mixed salt stress.

The result showed that the suitable concentration salicylic acid could increase the praline content, decrease the content of MDA which was a product of membrane lipid peroxidation, and reduce thee lectrolyte leakage rate in the Red fescue, which could improve the cold resistance ability of the Red fescues.
