Changes of leaf pigment content,soluble sugar content,enzyme activity and photosynthesis characters in leaf of Photinia×frasery"Red Robin"were searched of five different shading treatments(100%,80%,50%,25%,10%transmission rate).The seasonal variation of leaf color and stability of anthocyanin were studied in this paper.Purpose of the research is to master the Physiological characters during leaf color transformation of Photinia×frasery"Red Robin",and provide evidences to promote introduction cultivation and the application under different garden environment of them.

本文以2年生红叶石楠(Photinia×frasery'RedRobin)扦插苗为试材，探讨了不同遮光处理透光率分别为100%(全光照、80%、50%、25%、10%条件下叶片色素含量、可溶性糖含量、苯丙氨酸解氨酶活性、抗氧化酶活性变化及光合作用日变化，同时对其叶色的季节变化及花色素苷的稳定性进行了初步探讨，以掌握红叶石楠叶色变化的生理特征，为红叶石楠的广泛引种栽培及在不同园林环境中的应用提供科学依据。

The results show that both conformations of prolyl peptide bond are not easy to transit from each other supporting the opinion that both of the BPP's bio-characters are from its conformations separately. And the function of BPP may not lie on a conformation. The other peptide bond conformations also have influence.

结果表明，脯氨酸肽键构象不易发生互变，无论哪种构象均不存在向另一种构象转变的趋势，从侧面支持了BPP具有的两种稳定的生物学作用是来自于肽键的不同构象的观点，而且BPP的生物学作用可能也不是取决于某一个肽键构象，其它脯氨酸肽键构象对其活性也存在影响。

Effects of microbial transglutaminase on the tensile properties of plastic made from soy protein isolates are studied. The results show that the tensile strength and Young modulus of the protein plastic are increased from 9.2MPa and 265.4MPa of the control, which is not treated with TG, to 14.7MPa and 390.1Mpa respective, which is treated with TG at 50℃ for 60min. High molecular weight protein conjugates are formed with TG treatment, and they are responsible for the enhanced tensile properties, denaturalizing temperature and enthalpy values.
