We also found that the content of Na(superscript +), K(superscript +) and proline in leaves varied with different treated days. Under all treatments, the absorption of Na(superscript +) increased and the content of proline in leaves decreased with the prolonging of treated days. The absorption of K(superscript +) measured on the 7th day and the 21st day increased and was restrained on the 14th day, which lead to the decline of K(superscript +)/Na(superscript +) ratio. While the content of praline measured on the 14th day remarkably increased with the increase of salinity. Our experiment indicated the live oak seems to adapt the salt stress by increasing the absorption of K(superscript +) during the earliest and late stages of salt stress and accumulating proline in leaves during the middle stage of salt stress.

Therelationship of the amount of catalyst and the ee% of product was seen to be negative nonlin-ear. Catalyst 3 was used in the enantioselective addition of diethylzinc to aromatic aldehydesand gave good results. The configuration of products was determined by the configuration ofthe catalysts' chiral carbon linked with hydroxy group. Using β- amino alcohols bearing only one chiral center as catalysts for the enantiose-lective addition were studied. D-N, N-dialkyl-2-amino butanol gave poor catalytic effect be-cause of their structure. The configuration of the product is the same as the catalyst. Anotherkind of β- amino alcohols - phenylglycine derivatives and valine derivatives have chiralcenter on the carbon linked with amino group. Catalyzed by-phenylglycine derivatives 6,7, 9, 10, the reactions gave satisfied results. The optical yields exceeded 80%.

Spraying with chitosan of different concentration significantly increased the content of chlorophyll ,anthoxanthin ,chlorogentic acid, polyphenal ,soluble protein and total soluble sugar of Broccoli flowers. 40 mg L-l chitosan showed the most remarkable effet,compared to control, the content of chlorophyll ,anthoxanthin ,chlorogentic acid, total soluble sugar and soluble protein of treated Broccoli flowers increased by 64.4%,282.5%,35.6%,16.2% 22.7% respectively.PAL and PPO are key enzymes in synthesize of phenolics.No relation was found between phenolics synthesize and PAL activity in Broccoli flowers,but it showed positive relation between phenolics synthesize and PPO activity.
