Five expressed genes contributed to the flowering process and embryonic development such as prolamine, gene for allergenic protein, chalcone synthase, putative peptide methionine sulfoxide reductase and acyl carrier protein Ⅱ gene were chosen to hybridize with a 1510-RNA-blot (time-point phenotypes) array.
