The absorption of root system was the main sources of nitrogen in the plant.The effects of matrix ventilation on the abaorption,transportion and metabolism of nitrogen in the root system of cucmber were discussed deeply.The results showed that contents of ammonium,nitrate,free amino acids and soluble protein in cucumber roots were higher in G1 treatment.Contents of ammonium,nitrate and free amino acids in cucumber roots were the trend of the dropping after the first rising in F1 treatment,but contents of soluble protein was lower11.03%than that of the control.

根系吸收是植物体内氮素的主要来源，本研究深入探讨了基质通气状况对黄瓜根系氮素吸收、运输和氮代谢的影响，结果表明G1通气处理根系的铵盐、硝酸盐、游离氨基酸和可溶性蛋白含量均较高；非通气处理(F1处理)根系内铵盐、硝酸盐和游离氨基酸含量呈先升高后降低的趋势，而可溶性蛋白含量始终较低，比对照降低11.03%。G1处理根系硝酸还原酶、亚硝酸还原酶、谷草转氨酶、谷丙转氨酶、谷氨酰胺合成酶活性均较高；而F1处理的酶活性在处理末期显著降低，其中谷氨酰胺合成酶活性比对照降低33.33%。

The results showed that there existed significant difference in chlorophyll a, MDA and proline content among different treatments. No significant physiological variation was found in electrolyte exosmosis percentage, POD activity and proline content between the salt treatment and the control during the treatment while the parameters in drought and salt/drought treatment fluctuated remarkably.

结果表明：欧李的叶绿素a、丙二醛和脯氨酸含量在不同的逆境处理间差异显著；碳酸盐处理的电解质外渗率、POD活性、脯氨酸含量等生理指标变化平缓，与对照差异不明显；干旱处理和盐与干旱协同处理的各项指标波动很大。

We also found that the content of Na(superscript +), K(superscript +) and proline in leaves varied with different treated days. Under all treatments, the absorption of Na(superscript +) increased and the content of proline in leaves decreased with the prolonging of treated days. The absorption of K(superscript +) measured on the 7th day and the 21st day increased and was restrained on the 14th day, which lead to the decline of K(superscript +)/Na(superscript +) ratio. While the content of praline measured on the 14th day remarkably increased with the increase of salinity. Our experiment indicated the live oak seems to adapt the salt stress by increasing the absorption of K(superscript +) during the earliest and late stages of salt stress and accumulating proline in leaves during the middle stage of salt stress.

同时发现，盐胁迫处理不同时期对叶片脯氨酸含量和Na、K含量的影响各不相同，在处理7d和21d时，叶片对Na和K的吸收量均有增加，使K/Na维持相对稳定的比值，而脯氨酸含量随NaCl质量质量浓度的增加减少；在处理第14d时，对Na吸收增加的同时，抑制了对K的吸收，导致K/Na比值随NaCl质量质量浓度的增加而迅速下降，而此时叶片脯氨酸含量随着盐质量质量浓度的增加而迅速增加，表明在盐胁迫早期和晚期，弗栎可能通过增加对K的吸收以减轻Na离子毒害效应，而在盐胁迫中期，叶片积累脯氨酸是适应盐胁迫的方式之。

In accordance with the problems such as lower cooling effect and corrosion of the water treatment of the cooling water system of ammonia condenser ,the water treatment program of the water quality was optimized,and the water treatment effect before and after the program were summarized.

针对氨冷凝器冷却水系统水处理存在的冷却效果差和腐蚀问题，提出水质处理的优化方案，总结了优化前后的水处理效果，结果表明：使用新方案后，氨冷凝器的冷却效果得到明显的改善，冷凝排气压力降低，氨排压4机运行时为1。

Results show that ammonia emission occurred within the first 6 days after fertilizer application, and it was less after the basal dressing and the first top-dressing than after the second top-dressing-N loss through ammonia emission accounted for 0.4%~12% of the total nitrogen applied for the basal and the first top dressings.
