Results: aminopyrine in 20 ~ 200mg · L-1 concentration range of linear relationship, r = 0.9998, average recovery was 100.4%,Diantipyryl in 10 ~ 60mg · L-1 .the concentration range of linear relationship, r = 0.9997, the average recovery was 100.2%.

结果：氨基比林在20～200mg·L-1的浓度范围内呈线性关系，r=0.9998，平均回收率为100.4%；安替比林在10～60mg·L-1的浓度范围内呈线性关系，r=0.9997，平均回收率为100.2%。

A ratio spectra derivative spectrophotometry for simultaneous determination of quaternary mixture of aminopyrine, phenobarbital, caffeine and phenacetin was studied.

Mehtod: animals were given intraperitoneally normal saline(10ml/kg.d), phenobarbital (40mg/kg.d) and puerarin (100, 200mg/kg.d) respectively for seven days. Then the levels of hepatic microsomal CYP and cytochrome b5(Cytb5), and the activities of aniline hydroxylase and aminopyrine N-demethylase were determined by spectrophotography.

实验动物分别腹腔注射生理盐水、苯巴比妥（40mg/kg.d）、葛根素（100和200 mg/kg.d），给药7d后，用分光光度法测定肝微粒体CYP和细胞色素b5(Cytb5)的含量，以及苯胺羟化酶和氨基比林N-脱甲基酶的活性。

Results: The mean recovery rates of Aminopyrin, Antipyrine and Barbitial were 100.0%, 100.1%and 100.4%with RSD 1.6%, 1.3%and 1.1%(n=6),respectively.

结果：氨基比林，安替比林和巴比妥的平均回收率分别为100.0%，100.1%和100.4%，相对标准差分别为1.6%，1.3%和1.1%(n=6)。
