These bacteria to imipenem showed excellent activity. MRS resistant to ciprofloxacin, norfloxacin, clindamycin, tetracycline, erythromycin, gentamycin, trimeth/sulfa and cefazolin were above 50%. Streptococcus resistant to major β-lactams-penicillin, aminoglycosides, macrolides, tetracyclines and sulfonomides were highness.

We purified the target protein under natural conditions by MCAC through Ni-NTA resin. The purity of this fusion PH domain of IRS-1 was up to 98%. We paned out the oligopeptides that can bind to this target protein from a phage displayed random duodecimal peptide library. The identities of peptide sequences of positive clones were analyzed.
