The optimal separating condition of chromatography analysis was: Shimadzu VP-ODS 150mm4.6mm as chromatographic column; acetonitrile/water (12/88,V/V, Contained 1.25mmol/l phosphoric acid) as mobile phase with flow rate of 1.0ml/min. Macroporous ion exchange resins and activated carbon were applied to enrich the trace level impurities and the main impurities was determined by LC-MS and GC-MS.They were : Benzonitrile , 2-Methyl-8-hydroxyquinoline, 2,6-Pyridinediamine , O-ethyloxime Cyclo-hexanone and compound with 220 molecular weight .

To improve the cyano reactivity, cyano-terminated PPENs were prepared by the end-capping reaction of PPEN-OL with CBN; benzonitrile terminated polys were also prepared by the polycondensation of excess 4,4'-oxydianiline with 1,2-dihydro-2-(4-carboxyphenyl)-4-[4-(4-carboxyphenoxyl)phenyl]-phthalazinone, followed by end-capping with CBA. The relationship between glycosidic precursors and its aroma components was studied. The results showed: The dominant aroma constituents in aroma oil of jasmine tea include benzyl acetate, linalool, methyl antyranilate, cis-3-hexenyl benzoate, benzyl alcohol, indole, farnisene, methyl benzoate, methyl salicylate, geraniol, cis-3-hexenyl-acetate etc.; and the higher the concentration of these components is, the higher the quality of jasmine tea is.

结果表明：茉莉花茶香精油中，含量较高的有乙酸苄酯、芳樟醇、邻氨基苯甲酸甲酯、苯甲酸顺-3-己烯酯、苯甲醇、吲哚、法尼烯、苯甲酸甲酯、顺-3-己烯酯、水杨酸甲酯、橙花叔醇、乙酸顺-3-己烯酯、香叶醇；这些成分的含量随花茶品质的提高而增多；研究表明，花茶的高含量香气成分也是茉莉花中的主要赋香成分。
