In this paper, the effects of enrofloxacin residues on soil ecological processes (soil respiration, soil cellulosic decomposition, soil ammonification, and soil nitrification) were studied.

The studies tested that adding K2HPO4 can reduce ammonifiers function. It maybe has important reference value for ecosystem resume in Suzhou Creek.

通过对苏州河氨化菌的生长特性和功能活性的初步分析，氨化作用可能是氨氮的重要来源之一，研究还表明，添加磷酸氢二钾可以降低苏州河氨化菌的转氨活性，原理尚不清楚，对苏州河的生态恢复可能具有重要的参考价值。
