The effect of Profenofos on GPx activities and on the co ntents of GSH and CAR in Phaeodactylum tricornutum and Platymonas helgolan dica were studied. The results indicate that the GPx activities of two species of microalgae declined, and the contents of glutathione and carotinoid of algal c ells decreased under high concentration of Profenofos.
摘 要 实验以三角褐指藻和青岛大扁藻为材料,进行了丙溴磷农药对海洋微藻的抗氧化防御系统成份— GPx 活性和GSH、CAR含量的影响研究,结果表明,在丙溴磷胁迫下,微藻的GPx活性呈现下降趋势,GSH和CAR含量也表现为下降趋势,并且胁迫的时间越长、胁迫的强度越大它们下降的幅度也越大。

It is very difficult to eliminate these influence factors completely by conventional treatment. Surface properties and surface treatment of ultrafine red phosphorus and MMT and their interface properties with polymer matrices were studied in this thesis. The results were characterized by GC, FTIR, XRD, DTA, TG, XPS, UV, SEM, TEM and other physical and chemical methods. The main contents are as following: 1. The study of factors influencing ultrafine red phosphorus's invariability and phosphine liberation indicated red phosphorus undergone oxidation and dismutation reaction in air, and trace ion of iron, copper and nickel fastened water absorption and oxidation, in which the effect of copper ion was the most, while aluminium and zinc ion could slow down red phosphorus'oxidation, and silver ion had the best effect on red phosphorus moisture absorption. Inhibitors such as aluminium hydroxide, magnesium hydroxide, organic phenol and ferrous potassuim cyanide had a good effect on reducing red phosphorus moisture absorption and restraining phosphine liberation.

Based on a great deal of tests, and through analysis of test result, experience on taming activated sludge was accumulated, operating parameters of integrated oxidation ditch which were best suitable for local condition were acquired. It was found that under the situation without solitude anaerobic zone, when the apparent anaerobic zone was absent, the strengthen biological phosphor removal phenomenon was really exist, and the phosphor removal efficiency was increasing with the increasing of BOD5/TP、 F/M.

In this study, the amino propyl trimethoxy silane was used for the surface modification of silica, and the modified silica was adsorbed to surface of clay/silica (SiO2 : Clay = 4:1 and 2:1) and the clay/silica was adsorbed by the surfactant. Also, we used Dimethyldistearylammonium chloride and Dodecyltriphenylphosphonium surfactant to modify clay/silica. Then we prepared the Epoxy/clay/silica nanocomposites and Epoxy/clay/silica/DOPO composites.
