It was found that photochemical deposition of Hg occurred at the layer of TiO2 covering the surface of titanium electrode under UV irradiation, the adsorption of sulfadiazine on the photochemically deposited Hg was stronger than that on the electrochemically deposited Hg, and a method for the determination of sulfadiazine was proposed by the adsorptive stripping voltammetry based on photo-chemical deposition of Hg on Ti electrode.

A stable, water-insoluable film was prepared by oxidative electropolymerization of pyrogallol in pH7.0 phosphate buffer solution, anti modified on a glassy carbon electrode surface by electrochemical method. The modified electrode was exploited for the selective preconcentration of Cu at a certain potential. The preconcentrated Cu was firstly reduced at a certain potential and then was determined by differential pulse stripping voltammetry.
