By using the method of documentation, this paper summarizes the research achievement of college students\' aerobic capacity and expounds the normal value and measuring method of important index of aerobic capacity-Maximal Oxygen Uptake and discusses the influential factors of college students\' Maximal Oxygen Uptake, in order to provide the theoretioal references for improving the aerobic capacity of college students.

采用文献资料法，对我国普通大学生有氧工作能力的研究成果进行综述，重点阐明了评价有氧工作能力的重要指标——最大摄氧量的正常值和测定方法。还讨论了中国普通大学生最大摄氧量的影响因素，为更好地提高大学生的有氧工作能力提供理论依据。
