The ethanol extract was dissolved with HCl, the acidic extract was basified to pH9-10 with NH_3-water and extracted with CHCl_3 to give total alkaloids. five alkaloids were isolated with column chromatography and preparative thin-layer chromatography, and three of them were identified as dehydrocorydaline、 corynoline and dihydrosanguinarine on the basis of spectral analysis MS,~1H-NMR,~(13C-NMR and physicochemical properties.
