A new recovery technology of solid waste was made which is from furfuryl alcohol production by furfural hydrogenization. When the solid waste is placed in a vacuum drying box, and is under lower negative pressure and at 130℃, the organic materials in solid waste can be distilled and then returned to the refining workshop to produce qualified furfuraldehyde and furfuryl alcohol. The remainder is mixed with soda ash and roasted in a reverberating furnace. The sodium chromate can be obtained by leaching. Rough cupric oxide is dissolved in nitric acid and cupric nitrate is obtained. A new catalyst was prepared by the above sodium chromate and cupric nitrate and used in furfuryl alcohol production.
将糠醛液相加氢生产糠醇产生的废渣置于真空干燥箱中,在较低的负压状态下保持130℃的温度,蒸馏回收废渣中的有机物,返回糠醇精制车间获得合格的糠醇与糠醛产品;剩余的固体废弃物与纯碱混合,在反射炉中焙烧,浸取获得铬酸钠水溶液;最后剩下的粗氧化铜溶于硝酸得到硝酸铜溶液;将铬酸钠溶液、硝酸铜溶液按一定比例混合,加入氨水搅拌,分离出的沉淀经传统方法焙烧活化、造粒制得新催化剂,回用于糠醛液相加氢生产糠醇。

It is found that from bond population calculation results, the bonding strength of Al—O bond of faces (011) and (011) of gibbsite are stronger than that of face (001). If the proportion of unfold of (001) surface is decreased and the proportion of unfold of (011) and (011) surfaces is increased to same possible extend, the bonding strength of Al—O bond of gibbsite would be more strong.

According to these experimental results, the total energy and electronic structure of oleic acid locating on gibbsite (001) and face (100) with different modes were calculated, and the equilibrium and growth morphology of the systems were analyzed.

Calculation results indicate that the total energy increases when oleic acid is on the surfaces of (001) and (100) of gibbsite respectively. This can explain that the stability of systems decrease when there is some oleic acid on the surface of gibbsite. The calculation results of equilibrium morphology and growth habit show that the volume of growth crystal is larger when some oleic acids with "horizontal" mode exist on the surfaces (001) and (100) of gibbsite.
