To investigate the mechanisms of biohydrogen production by anerobic fermentation of solid organic waste, gas chromatography is used to analysis the biogas and volatile fatty acid in anaerobic bio-reactor. Firstly, the ability of hydrogen production by digested sludge from the West Lake, Enteobacter aerogences, digested sludge from sewage farm, the fluid of methane pool and dejecta have been studied. The rule of the ability of hydrogen production by different bacteria under different control condition. Simultaneity, the importance of the synergistic effect on hydrogen production has been proved.

The effect of zeolites ion-exchanged by transition metals on thermal catalytic cracking reaction is studied. The product distributions of the cracking reactions catalyzed by theβor ZSM-5 zeolites exchanged with transition metals are different from that catalyzed by corresponding Hzeolites, which means the mechanism of cracking reactions has varied. Group Ⅷ metals Fe, Co, Ni and Cu, Zn are shown to be of strong catalytic activity of oxidative dehydrogenation, while Ti and Cr are not of oxidative activity. Catalyzed by zeolites or catalyst containing Ag, conversion of thermal catalytic cracking reactions and the yield of ethylene increase while the yield of propylene does not decrease. Silver can not only promote the formation of carbonium ion, but also convert carbonium ion into free-radical via redox reaction. The weak adsorption of olefins on silver reduces the occurrence of hydrogen transfer and dehydrogenation. As a result, the yield of light olefins is favored by silver in the catalyst.

The double bond in norbornene ring of TCPD was easily saturated at a low temperature, and an intermediate 12,13-dihydrotricyclopentadiene (12,13-DHTCPD) was formed. Higher temperature and hydrogen pressure were required for the saturation of remaining double bond in cyclopentene ring to generate a completely hydrogenated compound tetrahydrotricyclopentadiene.That is to say, the reaction occurred via the TCPD→12,13-DHTCPD→THTCPD route.

Three aspects were included here:The derivatives of dihydrol,2,4,5-tetrazine-3,5-dicarboxylic acid were synthesized via three different routes:(1) four new compounds were synthesized via the reaction bet ween dihydrol,2,4,5-tetrazine-3,5-dicarboxylic acid, thionyl chloride and corresponding alcohol ;(2) first ,dimethyl dihydro-1,2,4,5-tetrazine-3,5-dicarboxylate wer e synthesized, then ,another four new compounds were obtained t hrough the alcoholysis under the catalyst ;(3) three acylamines were got through the ammonolysis betw een dimethyl dihydro-1,2,4,5-tetrazine-3,5-dicarboxylate and amines.

Hydroxy-5, 10-dihydrophenophosphazine 10-oxide (1) reacted with SOCl2, and then with MeONa in MeOH to give a methyl phosphinate (2) which can be converted to a dinitro compound 3 (62%) by nitration and the resulting dinitro compound 3 can further be converted to 2, 8-diamino-10-methoxy-5, 10-dihydrophenophosphazine 10-oxide (4, 71%) by hydrogenation over Pd/C (w = 0.05). And the effect of amount of Pd/C (w = 0.05) on the reduction was also studied.
