The article includes three parts. The first, a steroselective and regioselective synthesis of digitoxin with glycosyl ortho-alkynylbenzoates as doners. The second, synthesis of different length chain of L-fucose with a SO3Na group in the position of C-2 hydroxy.

本文工作主要包括三部分内容，分别为采用全新发展的一种邻炔基苯甲酸酯的糖基供体进行地高辛的全合成并与常规的Schimidt供体及三氟亚胺酯供体进行结果比较；合成不同长度的2位硫酸化的岩藻糖糖链；对现有的合成伏格列波糖的一条合成路线进行工艺优化。

It was shown from the results that emulsifier TP-Ⅴ which was prepared by PEG 4000 reacted with TME, in the molar ratio of TME to PEG 2:1, at about 110℃ for 1 h, catalyzed by boron trifluoride diethyl etherate, has a very good emulsifying impact for TME. Particle size distribution of the emulsion was homo-geneous and viscosity of the emulsion was small.

实验结果表明，以M相对适中的PEG4000与TME按物质的量比2： 1、在催化剂三氟化硼乙醚作用下、110℃左右反应1h合成的乳化剂TP-Ⅴ，对萜烯基环氧树脂具有很好的乳化效果，制备的乳液粒子粒径均一度较高，乳液表观黏度较小。

The novel vacuum furnace is employed in laboratory study. Compared with atmosphere magnesium carbothermic reduction furnace, this new one has the merits of high automation, easy manipulation and fine safety. Vacuum coking, vacuum carbothermic reduction process and magnesium vapory condensation process can be carried out in a furnace.

小型实验结果证明：还原温度升高，还原时间延长，氧化镁还原率增大，添加适量的氟化物对还原反应有促进作用；还原过程中真空度随时间的变化具有规律性，由此可以判断还原反应进行的速度与程度；真空中煤还原氧化镁的条件是：配料时保证C：MgO=3：1，并加入占总料重10％的氟化钙作为催化剂，尽可能的提高反应温度至1500℃以上，保温30～40分钟。

The results show that the originated materials for electrolyte aluminium is Al2O3 and AlF3 has good property to absorb vapour. After the water contained in the originated materials goes into electrolyte, AlF3 reacts with water hydrolyzed and the rest of water is electrolyzed into hydrogen and oxygen. Hydrogen enteres aluminum liquid by diffusing and autoecious in Al2O3, which is the main source of hydrogen in electrolyte aluminum liquid.
