Objective: By observing and probing into the etiology、pathogenesis、prevention and cure medicine of children"s bronchial asthma in catabasis in clinic and experiments,we try to find medication of children"s bronchial asthma in catabasis and probe into the prevention and cure elements on air-way inflammation in catabasis.

目的：本文旨在从临床及实验方面对儿童哮喘缓解期的病因病机和防治方药进行系统观察与探讨，寻求儿童哮喘缓解期的防治药物，探讨中药对哮喘缓解期气道炎性损伤的防治机理。

In experimental study,we choose healthy Wistar mice to make models of bronchial asthma in catabasis,we observe the influence on inflammatory factor and immunological factor in air-way、bronchial and pulmonary pathology after drench.

实验研究选择健康Wistar大鼠制作哮喘缓解期模型，观察防哮合剂灌胃后对气道炎性因子、免疫因子及支气管和肺脏病理学的影响，并与酮替芬阳性对照组比较。

Healthy Wistar Rats were chosed to make models of remission stage of asthma,the influence on inflammatory factor and immunological factor in air-way、bronchial and pulmonary pathology after treating with Fang Xiao Mixture were observed,and compared with ketotifen group.

选择健康Wistar大鼠制作哮喘缓解期模型，观察防哮颗粒对模型大鼠气道炎性因子、免疫因子及支气管和肺脏病理学的影响，并与酮替芬阳性对照组比较。

The experimental study shows that the FXG can reduce the content of inflammatory factor IL-4 in the serum of bronchial asthma mice in catabasis, and EOS count in the peripheral blood of it, restrain the collection of EOS in bronchi and lung, alleviate air-way tracheospasm and have evident differences compared with ketotifen group.

实验研究结果显示：防哮颗粒能降低哮喘缓解期模型大鼠血清中炎性因子IL-4的含量，明显改善哮喘模型大鼠外周血中EOS计数的异常升高。能抑制支气管和肺脏局部EOS聚集，减轻气道炎性损伤，轻模型大鼠肺组织的病理改变。
