By using GIStechniques, them were discussed that the eco-environmental conditions andimpacts of spatial and temporal on tourism development in the centralurban area-Dongsheng District in the recent years. With the case studyof The Erdos Nature Relict for the Larus relictus, the characteristicsof tourist development impacts on eco-environment were discussed.

主要工作包括：(1)从系统发展的角度出发，运用区域整体分析法对鄂尔多斯市1998～2003年的旅游环境变化特点进行了评价，并对经济、社会文化和生态环境三方面发展的协调程度进行了分析；(2)应用GIS 软件、DEM、TM 影像图和相关气象资料对其中心城区——东胜区近年来的生态环境状况进行了定量分析，探讨了生态环境对旅游开发的时、空影响特征；(3)利用HANNA 仪器进行实地检测并结合TM 影像图，对鄂尔多斯市重点旅游景区——泊江海子高原湿地生态自然保护区的植被、水体和土壤进行了定性、定量分析，探讨了近年来旅游开发对生态环境的影响特征。

The experiments were carried out on a new passive solar test cell. The paper summarizes theories and practices concerning data mining at the beginning. According to actual conditions of data forecasting, the paper particularizes two basic tasks in data mining, namely, exploring data analysis and forecasting modeling for classification, and employs them in load forecasting practically. Then a special short-term load-forecasting arithmetic is forwarded based on the former work, which can efficiently take into account weather effects on the load, and hence improve the accuracy of load forecasting.

Integrated analysis of 7 times heavy rain in Yunnan from July 19 to August 2 based on actual observation weather datum and satellite cloud atlas and Doppler radar image. The results show that: high-low southwest jet stream is important effect system. The maintenance of southwest jet stream provides water vapor, momentum, fast transfer of unstable energy for the lasting heavy rain. The further configuration of plateau shear line and southwest jet stream is necessarily condition about 7 times heavy rain. The lasting heavy rain appeared on big value region of 500hPa vapour flux and vapour flux divergence. The shear cloud band and subtropical high cloud band crossed and confluenced in Yunnan on the satellite cloud atlas. The maintenance and intensification of shear cloud hand and periphery cloud band of subtropical high correspond quite well to heavy rain falling region and cloud band distribution.

应用实测气象资料，结合卫星云图与多普勒雷达图像分析，对2007年7月19日到8月2日云南少有的7次强降水过程进行综合分析，结果表明：高低空的西南急流是重要的影响系统，西南急流的维持为持续性强降水过程提供了水汽、动量和不稳定能量的快速传递，高原切变线与西南急流的有利配置，是7次持续性强降水过程必不可少的条件；持续性强降水出现在500hPa水汽通量大值区和水汽通量散度辐合区；卫星云图上切变云带和副高外围云带在云南汇合，切变云带和副高外围云带维持、加强的过程与强降水落区的时空分布对应较好。

For meeting the needs of automated real-time dynamic monitoring of heavy fog events by means of a weather satellite remote-sensing technique for specialized meteorological services like military operations and highway traffic, the paper presents a systematic study of spectral characteristics of visible and infra red light, the textures and dynamic dispersals of fogs on satellite imagery in the context of theory on the transmission of atmospheric radiation, thereby revealing their abruptness, waviness and mass-like features, which, in combination with a synthetic technique for cloud/fog maps of multi-channel remote-sensing spectra are used to set up a model for automatic separation of fogs from clouds based on the integrative application of spectral features and texture structures, for which are constructed corresponding discfiminant functions and criteria, and on this basis prepared is a"system for remotely-sensing monitoring of low cloud and heavy fog"which has been used for tests, with the main conclusions shown as follows.
