First, the hardware of control system for transplanting seedlings manipulator was designed in detail, including the implement components, electrical control components and sensors. Then the design and selection of cylinder, solenoid valve and travel switch, configuration of I/O interface and wiring of PLC were completed and ladder chart and repertoire were drawn up.

应用PLC技术设计开发了穴盘苗自动移栽机械手的控制系统详细地介绍了硬件结构即电气系统的设计，包括气缸、电磁阀及行程开关的选择、IO接点的分配及PLC接线图的设计，编制出机械手运动过程梯形图和指令表程序，完成了控制系统的安装和调试。
