The number of CD〓 and CD〓 lymphocytes subpopulation and IgA, IgM, IgG antibody-producing cells, the ratios of CD〓 and CD〓 T-cell in the cecal tonsils and Harderian glands, the content of IgA, IgM, IgG in tear, tracheal fluid, intestinal fluid and bile of CIAV-infected chicks vaccinated with ND vaccine were significantly decreased compared with vaccinated control chicks 7～28 days PV.

CIAV感染雏鸡ND免疫后28天内，哈德尔腺、盲肠扁桃体以及泪液、气管液、肠液、胆汁的上述各项免疫学指标，均不同程度的明显低于未感染CIAV的ND免疫雏鸡，表明CIAV感染雏鸡呼吸道和消化道局部粘膜对ND疫苗的细胞和体液免疫应答机能下降。

The number of CD〓 and CD〓 lymphocytes subpopulation, ANAE〓 T cells and IgG, IgM, IgA antibody-producing cells in the local immune tissues (cecal tonsils and Harderian glands), the content of IgA, lgM, IgG in the local fluid (tear, tracheal fluid, intestinal fluid and bile) of chicks infected with CIAV were significantly decreased compared with controls 7～28 days PI.

1日龄雏鸡感染CIAV后28天内，哈德尔腺和盲肠扁桃体的ANAE〓及CD〓、CD〓T细胞和IgA、IgM、IgG抗体生成细胞数量以及泪液、气管液、肠液、胆汁的IgA、IgM、IgG含量均明显低于对照雏鸡，表明CIAV感染雏鸡后，其呼吸道和消化道局部粘膜的细胞免疫和体液免疫机能均下降，这与CIAV感染雏鸡对其它某些病原易感性提高密切相关。

The dynamic changes of the number of T or B lymphocytes and the content of immunoglobulin G, IgM, IgA in peripheral blood, the number of CD〓, CD〓 lymphocyte subpopulation, T〓 cells and IgG, IgM, IgA antibody-producing cells, the ratios of CD〓 and CD〓 T cells in immune organs (thymus, bursa of Fabricius and spleen) and immune tissues (cecal tonsils and Harderian glands), the content of IgA, IgM, IgG in local fluid (tear, tracheal fluid, intestinal fluid and bile) of one-day chicks infected with chicken infectious anemia virus and CIAV-infected chicks immunized with Newcastle disease vaccine were determined respectively by immunohistochemistry, immunogold-silves and immunoenzyme staining in order to reveal mechanism of immunopathogenesis of chicks infected with CIAV and influence of immune responses of CIAV-infected chicks to ND vaccine.

Results: Four patients suffering from sudden dyspnea were subjected to emergency tracheotomy: of them, one patient died, one suffering from coma secondary to cerebral hernia and edema resumed sensation but regained hemiparalysis, and 2 were fully healed. The other three suffering from dyspnea of 2 to 3 degrees recovered after an intensive monitoring and a large dosage of steroid.

结果：7例患者中4例突发呼吸困难加重行紧急气管切开，其中死亡1例，发生脑疝脑水肿昏迷1例，经综合治疗神志恢复，遗留偏瘫，另外2例痊愈；其他3例发生2 3度呼吸困难，经严密监护观察，大剂量应用激素治愈。

The mortality was 1.0%.Conclusion:It was best treatment that earlier close thoracic drainage for hemopneumothorax,earliest thoracotomy for penetrating heart injury and break of the trachea and bronchus,immediately rescued operation for thoracogastric trauma,and more departments coorperation for chest trauma combined multiple damage.

血气胸的治疗强调及早胸腔闭式引流，心脏穿透伤和气管支气管破裂强调尽早开胸手术修补，对胸腹联合伤应果断采取抢救性手术，对合并多发伤者则应加强多学科协作以提高救治成功率。

ConcLusion:Our studies show that Helical Tomotherapy plans can get better dose uniformity,dose gradient and savage for cord,heart,esophagus and trachea than intensity modulated radiation therapy plans,but the V5 and V10 of the ipsolateral lung,the heterolateral lung and the total lung are higher than IMRT plans.

本组病例结果表明，螺旋断层放疗计划较常规直线加速器静态调强放疗计划有更好的剂量均匀性及更陡峭的剂量梯度，可更好地保护心脏、脊髓、食管和气管，但患侧肺脏、健侧肺脏和全肺的V5和V10均高于IMRT计划。
