The article is primarily focused on the flora of subaerial algae of zonal vegetation in terrestrical ecosystem of NECT、subaerial algae's distribution regularity and the aspect both the natural and artificial disturbance which affect it's distribution.

本文着重研究了中国东北森林—草原样带中陆地生态系统中的各地带性植被内亚气生藻类的种类组成、亚气生藻类在各地带性植被内的分布规律及影响亚气生藻类分布的一些自然因素，同时也研究了某些人为干扰对亚气生藻类分布产生的影响。

A low level of disturbance can not bring the obvious changes to the subaerial algae in community interior, intermediate disturbance can increase the species quatities of subaerial algae, but can not change the dominant species of algae community, while the serious or repeated disturbance may alter both the component of species and the dominant species, that is species quatities decrease, and dominant species change.

局部小范围的干扰或轻度干扰不会对群落内部亚生藻类的种类组成产生明显影响；中度干扰可使群落内部的亚气生藻类的种类明显增加，但藻类群落的优势种不会改变；而重度干扰下，植物群落内的亚气生藻类的种类组成及优势种均会发生重大变化，种类数量减少，优势种改变。

During the growth season in the year 1998—2000, through collecting、culturing and identifing the subaerial algae which is in 26 research sites of forest and 11 communities of steppe vegetation, there are 107 species of subaerial algae in Jilin's terrestrial ecosystem which are subordinated to 12 families, 29 genus in Cyanophyta.

在1998—2000年三个生长季节内，通过对设立在森林区内26块研究样地及草原植被带内多状态下的11种群落类型中的亚气生藻类标本采集、培养、鉴定，中国东北森林-草原样带中共有亚气生藻类107种，隶属于蓝藻门、绿藻门及黄藻门的12科29属。

It was found that the fungus 1403 resembles pathogenic F. verticillioides (teleomophy Gibberella moniliforme) in the production of false head or chains and abundant microconidia on the aerial mycelium, but different in the occasional formation of polyphialides with relatively long as well as short monophialides, in its typical coiled hyphae and mycelia fusion.

Additionally, the growth of the pathogen was obviously affected by cultural media. The morphological characters such as colony color and diameter, and production of fruit body of the fungus growing on PDA, 10% V8, apple leaves dextrose agar and apple leaves extraction dextrose agar media were different. The fungus formed colonies of about 8mm in diameter and did not produce fruit bodies and aerial hyphae in 1 month incubation on PDA. However it formed the similar size colonies as on PDA and produced fruit bodies and aerial hyphae on 10% V8 and LDA media in the same incubation period. Very small colonies (2mm in diameter) and fruit bodies were found on LEDA media in the same incubation condition. These results indicated that successful isolation of M. coronaria from apple leaves depended on suitable isolation method and cultural media as well as fresh samples.

不同培养基上菌落形态、大小和产孢情况差异也很大，培养1个月（25℃）后PDA上菌落黑褐色隆起，表面蚯蚓粪状，无气生菌丝，无子实体和基内菌丝；10% V8培养基上菌落中央隆起，黑褐色，表面生少量气生菌丝，边缘放射状，基内菌丝深褐色，有子实体；苹果叶片葡萄糖琼脂培养基上菌落平坦，黄褐色，表面生茂密的金黄色气生菌丝，基内菌丝深褐色，有子实体；苹果叶片煎汁葡萄糖琼脂培养基上菌落有明显的不规则隆起，黄褐色至黑褐色，表面生少许气生菌丝，菌落生长缓慢，无基内菌丝，分生孢子盘菌落表面生，菌落直径仅2mm左右，而在其他培养基上的菌落直径可达6－8mm，说明培养基质、分离方法均对苹果盘二孢的分离培养和生长发育有明显的影响。
