Objective To study the efficacies of quadruple regimens for thetreatment of peptic ulcer disease and eradication of Helicobacter pylori.Methods 102patients with Hp associated peptic ulcer were randomly divided into three groups,groupA（n=98）received sanjiuweitai-based quadruple regimen（Yangweishul.2g,bid+ranitidine150mg,bid+amoxicillin500mg,bid+metronidazole400mg,bid）;group B（n=31）received colloidal bisˉmuth subcitrate110mg,bid+ranitidine150mg,bid+amoxicillin500mg,bid+metronidazole400mg,bid;groupC（n=23）received ranitidine150mg,bid+amoxicillin500mg,bid+metronidazole400mg,bid.Antibiotics were griven for two weeks,the other drugs were given for six weeks,the efficacies were determined by gastroendoscopy or 13 C—UBT.

目的 探讨四联疗法对消化性溃疡的治疗作用及根除幽门螺杆菌的效果方法将102例胃镜证实消化性溃疡者随机分为3组，A组48例给予养胃舒1.2g+雷尼替丁150mg+阿膜西林500mg+甲硝唑400mg，bid；B组31例给予铋剂220mg+雷尼替丁150mg+阿莫西林500mg+甲硝唑400mg，bid；对照组（C组，23例）给予雷尼替丁150mg+阿莫西林500mg+甲硝唑400mg，bid；以上药物除抗菌药物只服用2周外，其余药物服至6周末疗程结束，第7周复查胃镜和 13 C呼气试验。

To investigate the mechanisms of biohydrogen production by anerobic fermentation of solid organic waste, gas chromatography is used to analysis the biogas and volatile fatty acid in anaerobic bio-reactor. Firstly, the ability of hydrogen production by digested sludge from the West Lake, Enteobacter aerogences, digested sludge from sewage farm, the fluid of methane pool and dejecta have been studied. The rule of the ability of hydrogen production by different bacteria under different control condition. Simultaneity, the importance of the synergistic effect on hydrogen production has been proved.

本文首先选用西湖底的厌氧活性污泥、产气肠杆菌、污水处理厂的淤泥、沼气池发酵液以及猪粪等不同菌群对废弃食物——马铃薯进行厌氧发酵产氢特性实验研究，得到马铃薯在各不同菌群及工况下的发酵产氢能力，同时发现产氢菌间的协同作用很重要，在控制好发酵条件的情况下，产氢菌群发酵通常会好于单一产氢菌的发酵。

13 C-urea breath test（ 13 C-UBT）,histology and rapid urase test were used in diagnosing helicobacter pylori infection in 65 patients with gastric and duodenal ulcer,and 36 nomal persons.Any two tests of the above three were positive,the HP fection was confirmed.

对65例胃、十二指肠疾病患者和36例健康人行 13 C-尿素呼气试验、病理组织学和快速尿素酶三种方法检测幽门螺杆菌，其中任两项阳性者认为有HP感染。

Enterobacter aerogenes was irradiated by He-Ne laser to optimize the laser mutagenesis condition, and to test the heredity, aciduric and hydrogen-producing potential of the mutant.

运用He-Ne激光辐照产气肠杆菌，对激光诱变参数进行优化，考察了突变株的遗传稳定性、耐酸性和产氢特性。

Enterobacter aerogenes was irradiated by He-Ne laser to optimize the laser mutagenesis condition, and to test the heredity, aciduric and hydrogen-producing potential of the mutant. An aciduric mutant with steady hydrogen-producing capability, which was able to grow at acidic pH of 3.0, was obtained. Its capability of hydrogen production was measured in the batch culture experiment.

The bio-hydrogen productions from wheat straw by enterobacter aerogenes and different natural mixed culture bacteria from different sludge were studied.

有机溶剂体下催化生产生物柴油硅藻土固定化产气肠杆菌脂肪酶用量为1000 U，乙醇为酰基受体(醇：油摩尔比为4：1，2次等量加入)，5 mL正己烷，180 r/min，35℃，反应48 h，转化率达92.91%。

In order to research the mechanism and effect of hydrodynamic cavitational enhancement, find the basic rule which affected it. The work has been carried out as following.First, an effective equipment of hydrodynamic cavitition is built. Second, we find a new method to capture the free radicals, which is used to measure the amount of hydroxyl. And its correlation with the intensity of cavitation has been studied aims at analyzing the effect of various factors on the yield of hydroxyl, achieving the optimum hydrodynamic cavitation conditions. Then, hydrodynamic cavitation is used to the degradation of organic wastewaters containing rhodamine B, and sterilization of biologic wastewaters containing enterobacter aerogenes. Finally, numerical simulation based on computer fluid dynamic has been made for verifying the effect of hydrodynamic cavitation theoretically.

为了探求水力空化强化效应的机制和效果，寻求影响空化强化效应的基本规律，本论文就此开展了如下研究工作：设计建立实用有效的水力空化实验装置；建立空化自由基捕捉新方法，并以此定量检测水力空化羟自由基，研究空化羟自由基产量与空化强度的关系，研究各种因素对空化自由基产量的影响，以寻求最佳空化强化条件；在此基础上，进行了水力空化对含罗丹明B有机废水降解处理、对含产气肠杆菌生物污水杀菌处理研究，实验检验水力空化的强化效果；根据计算流体力学理论对空化流场进行数值模拟，从理论上验证水力空化的发生效果。
