After the therapy of patients with gas gangrene, the chamber was checked 3 times by the air and physical form 24-hour culture and all showed negative.the opening of the chamber again, for the treatment of other patients, No case of infection was reported in the later therapies .

对地震灾害后发生的批量气性坏疽患者在高压氧治疗期间，护士做好消毒隔离管理，杜绝院内交叉感染，使患者积极配合治疗，提高治疗效果，起到了积极的作用。

Result : the first group post-operation produced the gangrene of gas evolution;the second post-op hadbleeding,two group patients all passed away in the end.conclusion: no matter how small issue is still dangerous in medical treatment;there is significant effect in treatment and hangling post-op for medical career.

结果：第一组痔疮术后并发症气性坏疽；第二组痔疮术后大出血，两例病人均死亡。结论：医疗上无&大&&小&问题之分，这两个病例的治疗和术后处理对医者有重要的参考价值。

Material and Methods: A retrospective chart review was performed in National Taiwan University Hospital from 2003~2008. The data was supplemented with a literature search. We collected a series of 6 patients K. pneumoniae gas gangrene. The clinical features, laboratory and image findings were recorded. Results: A painful swelling limb is the most common presentation. There were three cases reported previously in the literature.

材料及方法：我们收集国立台湾大学医学院附设医院自西元2003年至2008年的病例，加上文献搜寻，总共收集六例克雷伯氏肺炎杆菌气性坏疽病人，并记录他们的临床表现特徵及细菌学、影像学结果。

气性坏疽的病原菌主要在伤口内生长繁殖很少侵入血液循环引起败血症。产气夹膜杆菌产生α毒素、胶原酶透明质酸酶、溶纤维酶和脱氧核糖核酸酶等，红细胞破坏引起溶血血红蛋白尿、尿少、肾组织坏死水肿、液化，肌肉大片坏死使病变迅速扩散、恶化。糖类分解产生大量气体使组织膨胀；蛋白质的分解和明胶的液化，产生硫化氢，使伤口发生恶臭由于局部缺血，血浆渗出，及各种毒素的作用伤口内的组织和肌肉，进一步坏死和腐化，更利于细菌的繁殖使病变更为恶化。
