In applying high concentration burning technique to improving burning efficiency for pulverized coal burner, for studying the effect of solid flows of different concentration on burning, Euler mathematical model is set up using gas-solid two phase flow theory. The paper describes the low concentration pulverized coal in horizontal primary air pipe. The relationship between the velocity and concentration of gas phase and that of solid phase, and the effect of gas flow velocity on gas-solid two-phase flows, is arrived through calculating the flow field. Reasonable gas flow velocity is proposed.

The computational results indicate that surface catalytic combustion restrains gas phase combustion. Inlet velocity and tube diameters have important influence on catalytic combustion of hydrogen. For smaller inlet velocities,reaction is dominated by gas phase combustion. As the inlet velocity increases,there exist both surface catalytic combustion and gas phase combustion. For bigger inlet velocities,reaction is dominated by surface catalytic combustion. The temperature of flame core decreases with the decrease of tube diameter.

The design of the dry-dock falling gate"s structure is researched, and integrates the disquisitions and analysis on the dynamic characteristics about dock gate, in order to make the cabin design more visualizing.(2) The emphasis of this paper is the influence of the water hole and gas hole in the tidal cabin and the influence of the drain of the air-operated cabin.(3) In this paper, the building method of the dry-dock falling gate"s parametric model is studied and the dynamic analysis is accomplished in ADAMS, furthermore, the rising-and-falling angle curve is drawn while the dry dock gate is rising and falling.(4) The paper is based on the apprehension of the past theories and researches about air-operated dry-dock falling gate, and is explicated by hydraulic rationales and rising-and-falling mechanical principles. This software is developed by inner programming language in ADAMS and VC. This design could shorten design cycle.
