By systemic researching and simulating experiment, the text gains such results as follows,1. On the base of sufficiency research on the oil-gas hydrocarbon systemic chemistry composing and the physical chemistry characters, we traverse the mechanism of the paraffin's deposition. Then we consider that paraffin deposition is a complex process ofphysical chemistry, which includes more than one single mechanism.2. Traversing and comparing the literature in detail on different factors that has effect on paraffin deposition, the available experimental methods on paraffin deposition, prevention of paraffin deposition, and removing of the deposited paraffin on the spot.3. Ameliorated the laser equipment of solid particle inspecting system and the corresponding test methods. Determine WCT of dead oil and live oil from KS101 well under different pressure with this system. The result implies that dead oil has opposite regulation on paraffin deposition temperature to live oil.4. A vapor-liquid-solid envelop is drawn by superposition regular vapor-liquid envelop and WCT curve thereby explained that the departure and quick raising of the curve in the low temperature zone is caused by the appearance of paraffin in solid phase.5. Estimation is made to determine the depth of paraffin deposition in the well.

通过系统的研究和实验模拟，本文取得了以下研究成果：(1)在充分调研油气烃类体系的化学组成及其物理化学特征的基础上，详细研究了石蜡沉降的机理，认为石蜡沉积是一个复杂的物理化学过程，是多种机理共同作用的结果；(2)深入调研并综合阐述了影响石蜡固相沉积的各种主要因素，对目前国内外常用的有机固相沉积实验研究方法和现场清防蜡措施也做出详尽的描述，并加以对比评价；(3)改进了油气藏开发重点实验室自行研制组装的高温高压下测定固相沉积的激光装置和测试方法，并用该套设备测定出柯深101井的井口脱气油样和凝析气平衡油样不同压力下的析蜡点，实验结果表明，脱气油和平衡油析蜡规律相反；(4)将常规气-液两相相图和析蜡曲线叠加得到了气—液—固三相相图，从而解释了气-液两相等液量线在低温区域偏离正常并快速上翘是由于体系有石蜡固相出现；(5)利用实验测试的析蜡温度预测析蜡位置，表明只有在距井口465m油管以上会有蜡析出。

Based on soil radon gas survey in Quanzhou City and Jinjiang City, the authors conducted an investigation of the soil radon gas environment in an area of some 465 km2. The results indicate that radon gas concentrations in soils of Quanzhou and Jinjiang urban areas are at a lower level, whereas those in soils of Quanzhou and Jinjiang suburbs are at a fairly high level. It seems that the radon gas concentration is mainly related to geological background: radon gas concentrations in soils derived from weathering of adamellite, moyite, and biotite schist are higher than those in soils derived from weathering of other rock types.

通过泉州市、晋江市土壤中氡气测量，取得约465 km2土壤氡气环境调查成果，从结果来看，泉州市区和晋江市区土壤中氡气浓度普遍较低；市郊主要为山地，土壤中氡气浓度普遍较高；从土壤中氡气浓度水平的分布来看，土壤中氡气浓度水平主要与地质背景有关，二长花岗岩、钾长花岗岩、钾长浅粒岩及黑云片岩风化土壤中氡气浓度明显高于其他地质背景来源土壤。

Through the tests on gas driving water and water driving gas, the flow law of gas and water was real-time observed. Mainly based on the test of water driving gas as an example, the development of molding coal sample and NMR triaxial osmoscope was demonstrated. The experiment process of water driving gas and parameters were demonstrated. NMRI images of molding sample in horizontal cross-section along the driving direction were obtained by NMRI instrument. The results from images were analyzed and compared. Some novel laws were obtained as the following:(1) the leading edge of water driving has inconsistency. This certified the important previous conclusion that the storage of methane mainly was absorbed in inner surface of pore from NMRI technique;(2) the existence of dominant driving pathway was tested and the way kept almost fixed. The pathway is apt to exist in the edge of coal samples where pore and fracture fully develop;(3) the variation of water flow determines the transport velocity of leading edge of water driving and it has lag effect;(4) the effectiveness of the first driving is better than the second driving;and (5) the subsequence of water driving gas are from trunk fractures to branch fractures, then to branch pores.

主要以水驱气NMRI试验为例，详细介绍了核磁共振三轴渗透仪和型煤试件的研制，并重点阐述了水驱气试验过程和相关参数，利用NMRI技术实时观测得到了不同时间沿驱替方向型煤试件水平剖面的NMRI成像图，最后对试验结果进行了比较分析，揭示了一些新的规律认识：(1)水驱替前缘具有不一致性，从NMRI试验角度验证了前人甲烷类气体赋存形式主要以吸附在孔隙内表面为主的重要结论；(2)煤试件存在优势驱替路径，且这种优势路径在驱替过程中基本保持不变，水驱气的优势驱替路径易产生在煤试件边缘，即煤孔隙裂隙发育区；(3)水驱流量变化决定了水驱前缘的运移速度，且对水驱气效果具有滞后效应；(4)水驱气初次驱替效果好于二次驱替效果；(5)水驱替气的顺序为：主要大裂隙—周边裂隙—周边孔隙。

The evolution degree of sapropel type Kerogen and humic type Kerogen may be defined by the feature of gas components.But this method is not applicable for mixing gas source material including sapropel type Kerogen and humic type Kerogen.
