This article believes that the exploitation of the folkloristic tourist resources can transmit humanistic spirits in the two dimensions of time and space so as to promote the development of local economy by combining material civilization progress with spiritual civilization progress.

In the second part, taking some typical Tibetan movies of different stage as examples, such as The Serf, the Red River Valley and the Cocoxili, the author discusses the demonstrations of ethnic consciousness , folkloristic event of Han nationality and other ethnic minorities in film and television narration in the : context of globalization. Based on this, the author attempts to throw light on the particular and anti-traditional techniques of narration.

第二部分通过对不同时期典型藏族影片：《农奴》、《红河谷》、《可可西里》等的个案分析，探讨当前全球化语境中，主流文化大背景下，汉族与少数民族、东方与西方等民族意识，民俗事项在影视叙事中的表现，尝试揭示在影视叙事视野中的特殊的，反传统的叙事手法。

旅游业的发展在促进民族地区社会经济发展的同时，也给民族文化带来了一些消极影响。其中民族文化的失真是民族旅游发展最突出的问题，主要表现在：民族文化的同化、商品化、庸俗化、价值观的蜕变、文化传承的断层、民族文化环境&原生土壤&遭到破坏和开发的模式化等方面。应该根据民族地区的具体情况，采用民俗博物馆、民族文化村、生态博物馆和&前台、帷幕、后台&功能分区模式，对民族文化加以保护。

Taro New Year, rice growing agriculture vs. dry farming agriculture. In this theory, they are of equal value. Tuboi Hirofumi revised the monism theory of rice-growing of Yanagita Kunio, developed Japanese study from monism to pluralism, and provided a new methodology to Japanese folklore study.

坪井的研究修正了柳田的稻作文化一元说，把对日本文化的研究由一元论发展为多元论，为日本民俗学提示了新的方法论体系。70年代末80年代初坪井的一系列研究著述，对日本民俗学界产生了深远的影响，带动了之后旱作研究的高涨、以及从地域类型论展开的日本东西/南北的多元文化论研究，推动了日本民族基础文化的研究。
