The construction of socialist democracy should be undertaken not only by the instruction of Marx democratic theory , but not a simple duplication of it, which should be connected with contemporary times features and the changing of the environment and conduct theory probe facing concrete problem and finally construct a systematic,rich,clear connotation and standard socialist democracy theory.

社会主义民主政治建设，既要遵循马克思民主思想的指导，又不能对马克思民主理论简单地照搬或简单套用，必须结合时代特征和社会环境的变化，针对现实问题进行理论探索，建立起系统、丰富、内涵明确、规范的社会主义民主学说。
