本文对临床诊断为 Kawasaki 综合征两例的皮疹活检做了光镜和电镜观察，结果发现真皮乳头层明显水肿，皮肤毛细血管受损，管周有明显的单核细胞浸润，纤维结缔组织发生明显肿胀和变性，于其中一例的超薄切片中，电镜下发现一种特殊的螺旋状小体，这一发现为今后进行病因学研究，提供一个线索。
