BACKGROUND: The technique of isolation and culture of human scalp dermal papilla cells is basic to study hair follicle biology. At present,microdissection to isolate the dermal papillae and culture DP cells is a primitive method,which has many drawbacks,such as laboriousness,low efficiency,uneasy adhesion and poor growth.

背景：毛乳头细胞的分离培养技术是研究毛囊细胞生物学的基础，目前采用的显微解剖法分离毛乳头进行毛乳头细胞传代培养是一种原始的方法，存在着分离效率低、劳动强度大、毛乳头贴壁率低、细胞生长缓慢等缺点。

The results indicate that all of the peltate glandular hairs and head glandular hairs are from an origin—protoderm on the leaf primordium and young leaf, which outgrows on leaf surface and increase radial broad and form the initial cells of the glandular hairs.

研究结果表明，唇形科的腺毛不论是盾状腺毛类还是头状腺毛类，在发育上都是单起源的，即所有的腺毛均起源于叶原基或幼叶上的原表皮细胞。该细胞在叶表面向外突出生长，径向加宽，形成腺毛原始细胞。

Many factors may be involve in the course. To investigate the regulation activity of mesenchymal cells to differentiation of epithelial cells from hair follicle and to study its differentiation property, mesenchymal cells gel was made by nubby dermal papilla cells, free dermal papilla cells, skin fibroblasts. Skin keratinocytes and epithelial cells from hair follicle were inoculated on the gel surface and cultured in air-liquid interface. Three-dimensional model of DPC using to induce epithelial cells differentiation is built in vitro.

为了进一步研究毛囊细胞间的相互作用，探讨毛囊间质细胞对毛囊上皮细胞分化的调节作用，研究毛囊上皮细胞的分化特性，我们利用团块状的毛乳头细胞，游离分散的毛乳头细胞或皮肤成纤维细胞制成间质细胞胶原凝胶，表面接种皮肤角质形成细胞或毛囊上皮细胞，进行气-液界面培养，在体外建立了毛乳头细胞诱导毛囊上皮细胞分化的立体模型。

The results of the ultrastructares of the glandular hairs show that there are a number of the plastids in which there are a big of osmiophilic substances in the secretory cells of the peltate hairs and then that there are much endoplasmic reticulum in the secretory cells of head hairs. The difference between them are with relation to the function.

腺毛超微结构观察的结果表明，盾状腺毛类分泌细胞的优势细胞器是质体，其中具大量的嗜锇物质；而头状腺毛类分泌细胞的优势细胞器是内质网，这种细胞器上的差异与头状腺毛和盾状腺毛的分泌功能是相适应的。

The former formed a kind of KR cyst, while the later formed a kind of NKR cyst. 本实验取材E14d SD大鼠SVZ神经干细胞以及P7d SD大鼠内耳干细胞，通过D-MEM/F12无血清完全培养基培养使其大量增殖，一部分进行Nestin、NF、CNP、GFAP、MAP-2、Myosin、P27免疫组化，证明培养的神经干细胞具有多向分化的潜能；另一部分通过转染EGFP后进行豚鼠内耳移植，两周后灌流取耳蜗固定切片观察，发现有干细胞球团在内耳存活，证明神经干细胞异体移植的可能性并为移植干细胞迁移分化修复毛细胞损伤的深入研究积累实验经验。
