According to the feature that deformation resulted from water absorption and mildew appear mainly on the rabbet surface of ccf , this paper adopts rsst to spray a special waterproof sealant on rabbet surface of ccf , so that the sealant can get into fiberboard to certain extent by means of capillarity and penetration , blockage the holes between fibers and capillary , cut up passage of water and change the properties of soakage and sorption to water in capillarity and fiber . at the same time , solidified sealant can form a compact waterproof pellicle on rabbet surface so as to prevent water and humidity from fiber ' s expansion and mildewing

针对吸水变形、霉变主要发生在地板企口表面的特征，采用企口表面全封闭法，在复合强化地板企口表面喷涂特殊的防水封闭剂，使其依靠毛细管作用及渗透作用进入板内一定深度，堵塞木纤维之间的空隙及毛细孔通道，截断水分传递的渠道，并改变毛细孔壁及纤维的表面性质以不利于水的浸润与吸附，同时其固化后能在企口表面形成一层致密的憎水薄膜，防止水分、湿气从企口侵入板内引起木纤维膨胀变形、发霉等现象。

结合触角电位、毛细管气相色谱、扫描电镜、透视电镜等技术对小线角木蠹蛾雌蛾腹尖末端不同组织部位提取物的测定分析以及腺体位置和形态结构的观察发现：小线角木蠹蛾性信息素分泌腺位于腹部末端8～9节之间，是一个由节间膜特化而成的上皮结构，为一可外翻的腹褶，腺体表面分布着饱满的锥形体，羽化后2天未交尾的雌蛾腺体细胞呈单层排列，腹面中央由密集的柱形上皮细胞组成，细胞排列向两侧延伸至背部，其形状由柱形逐渐变为扁平形，细胞核为椭圆形，细胞与细胞间有明显的胞连接，细胞基底膜基褶较多，质膜上分布着微绒毛，并与内表皮连接，内表皮上有多层几丁质，外角质层染色较深，细胞质中含有空泡、线粒体、脂质粒、粗面内质网和光面内质网。

Respectively, glutamic acid derivatized β-CD has been synthesized with epoxy chloropropane as the intermediate, a water-insoluble yellow liquid was got after the acetylating of the by using acetic anhydride, which was used as a novel gas chromatographic CSP; A water-soluble β-CD polymer cross-linked with epoxy chloropropane has been synthesized, and the derivatives of β-CD polymer were synthesized by its alkylating and acetylating. The different β-CD derivatives were coated on silica capillary columns by dynamic method, the chromatographic properties and retention behaviors of the fused silica capillary columns were studied, the results showed that the β-CD derivatives had good stereoselectivity and separation results to some compounds, especially to various positional isomers and enantiomers.

本文还分别以环氧氯丙烷为中间体，合成了七{2，6-二-O-[3-(1，3-二羟基丙氨酸)]}-β-环糊精，再用醋酸酐将其乙酰化，得到了一种淡黄色粘稠液体，合成了一种新型的环糊精衍生物；以环氧氯丙烷作交联剂合成了一种水溶性的β-环糊精聚合物，再将其烷基化和酰基化，合成了β-环糊精聚合物的不同衍生物，用动态法将不同类型的β-环糊精衍生物涂渍在石英毛细管柱上，通过对所制备柱柱性能的测试和对一系列化合物的分离和保留行为的研究，结果表明所合成的β-环糊精衍生物对各类化合物，特别是对位置异构体和对映异构体具有较好的分离效果，显示了很强的立体选择性。

The design was optimized for maximum signal intensity by simulation and experiments. The size of focal spot in the micro-channel capillary was optimized. Fluorescence signal was enhanced 2～3 times when increasing the diameter of focal spot from 10μm to 50μm (full of the inner wall of capillary), through which the sensitivity and signal-noise ratio were also improved. A technique of using refractive matching liquid was presented. The fluorescence signals were boosted up and the signal collection efficiency was also meliorated when using this method.

通过理论分析和实验优化本系统的设计：优化聚焦于微通道中的激发光斑大小，增大聚焦到毛细管内径中的激发光斑尺寸，使光斑尺寸由最小的10μm增大到50μm，光电倍增管接收到的荧光信号提高了2-3倍，从而提高系统的信噪比和灵敏度；提出在聚焦物镜处加折射率匹配液的方法，加匹配液后的荧光信号得到了增强，因而提高了荧光收集效率和灵敏度。

Preparation of quasi-interpenetrating network/functionalized gold nanoparticle composite matrix and its performance for DNA sequencingA new matrix additive,PDMA-functionalized gold nanoparticle, was prepared by "grafting-to" approach to avoid GNP aggregation at high concentration of salt in buffer solution,and then incorporated into quasi-IPN composed of LPA(3.3 MDa) and PDMA to form novel polymer/metal composite sieving matrix(quasi-IPN/GNP-PDMA) for DNA sequencing by CE.
