Graduands of Nanyang Technological University or the National Institute of Education, or their predecessor institutions (Nanyang Technological Institute and the Institute of Education) are eligible for this award.

南洋理工大学或国立教育学院或者其前身（南洋理工学院、教育学院等）的毕业生，都有资格角逐此奖。

However, there are still some problems in this development, of which the most obvious one is the employment of graduators from vocational schools.

但是，我们也清醒地看到，高职教育在进入了一个快速发展期以后，目前正面临着一个较大的困境，那就是高职毕业生就业市场的制约问题。

Quite a part of graduators go to the Central Committee Television, the provincial television station work.

相当一部分毕业生到了中央电视台、省级电视台工作。

All previous years graduators' employment rate reaches above 90%.

历届毕业生就业率均达90％以上。

Origin of teach resources and constitute are different. In China , most of teachers are graduators who are continue in the school and to teach, so they have not experience. But in America , it's not that statement, all graduators must engage in the practice after graduate ,but can't to teach directly.
