At last express my prospects of western environmental accounting. Facing the problem of current western environmental accounting, I hold firstly, strengthen the comparing research of environmental accounting reports between China and international countries and dig out our own experience in the environment based on our practice and the absorption of international environmental accounting theory and practice. Secondly, with the aspect of operation, we formulate related standard in the high quality of environmental accounting and auditing, sturdy the companies environmental report system and perfect accounting regulations and standards in order to guarantee the impletion of environmental accounting system regulations.

针对目前西部环境会计的问题，我认为环境应首先在研究内容上，加强环境会计与报告与国际比较研究，在介绍和吸收国外成型的环境会计理论与方法的基础上，结合西部经济实际，发掘我国自身在环境方面的典型经验，在理论上加以总结和提高；其次在实务操作上，研究并制定高质量的环境会计环境审计方面的相关准则，建立健全企业环境信息报告体系，并完善会计法规和环境标准，确保环境会计制度准则的实施；加强如何将环境会计信息应用于西部企业的经营和决策的研究。

Based on the study of a Pareto optimal for multiobjective optimizations , the Genetic algorithms for MOP is studied. Four new operators are introduced into this MGA that are niche technique, Pareto optimal set, nondominated rank and fuzzy penalty function method.

在研究多目标优化有效解集的基础上，对处理多目标优化的遗传算法进行研究，引入小生境技术、Pareto过滤解集，给出了非劣解排序的方法；对小生境技术引入的优越性进行了比较研究，通过算例检验了本文研究的多目标遗传算法的有效性。

And it analysed the state qua of the self-dependent innovation capability of modern service industry of chongqing, and found out the problems and the deficiencies of it, referred the advanced experience of the others both in land and abroad, to construcht the self-dependent innovation strategy of the modern service industry of chongqing, to advise for the government and the enterprise to improve their self-dependent innovation capability.

本文通过对相关政府主管部门进行调研，获取资料；并采取比较研究、文献研究和专家论证相结合的研究方法，对重庆市现代服务业的自主创新能力的现状进行了研究分析，找出重庆市现代服务业自主创新中的存在的问题和不足，充分借鉴国内外的先进经验与做法，力求构建重庆市现代服务业自主创新战略，为政府和企业提高自主创新能力提供参考和借鉴。

The present study was performed to investigated the effects of sex hormones on the cell proliferation and differentiation of embryonic chick pituitary cells and peripheral neurons in vivo and in vitro, we injected specific corresponding receptor inhibitor in vivo to investigate the related mechanisms of sex hormones on the peripheral neurons.

本研究通过体内实验、体外实验研究了性激素对鸡胚垂体细胞和鸡胚外周神经元的增殖、分化的调节功能，通过在体注射性激素受体的特异抑制剂来研究性激素对外周神经元作用的相关机理，并通过检测鸡胚和绵羊胚胎垂体发育过程中雌激素受体的变化对雌激素调节内分泌细胞的作用机理进行了比较研究。

本文从以下几方面，展现我国近十年来在屠格涅夫研究上的新进展；（1）全面多角度研究，及新观点的提出；（2）新理论，新研究方法的重视及运用；（3）出现有影响的学术专著；（4）比较研究将成为新的趋向。

Future studies are recommended to compare the impacts across multiple scales and multiple ecosystems; intensify mechanical studies of the impacts; link the impacts on biodiversity and ecosystem processes; and explore the mutualistic interactions between soil ecosystems and exotic plants.

今后，加强多尺度和多生态系统的比较研究、机制性研究、生物多样性和生态系统过程的整合性研究及土壤生态系统对植物入侵的反馈研究是评价外来植物入侵对土壤生态系统影响的发展趋势。

Its features are that description of single grammatical points exceeds comparative studies; researches on special issues are more numerable than grammatical system; static research exceeds dynamic research; and investigation and description is more than theoretical studies.

未来方言语法研究应加强方言语法的调查工作，开展立体化的方言语法研究，加快方言语法比较研究的步伐，提高理论研究的深度，建立方言语法研究的方法论体系。

Our study includes four aspects. In the first aspect we study several important conditions of porcine oocytes maturation in vitro and oocytes cleavage after parthenogenetic activation and found mNCSU-23+15IU/mlPMSG+20IU/mlHCG+15% PFF+0.57mMcysteine is a good culture condition .When the Cocs are cultured in it ,the maturation rate and oocytes cleavage rate are higher than those of foreign covered. Our result are (86.7±3.35)% and (86.3±4.16)% and the highest report of foreign is(85.7±4.1)%.In the second aspect we study the effect of different chemical activations on development of porcine parthennogenetic embryo and found two best activation method. The first one is that putting the maturation MII oocytes in the 20μmol/L ionomycin for 30 minutes and then putting them in the NCSU-23 condition containing 5μg/mICB and 5mM/L6-DMAP for 3.5 hours, the oocytes cleavage rate and morulae/blastocysts development rate are (76.7±7.6)% and (37.1±6.4)%.The second one is that putting the maturation MII oocytes in the 200μM/L Thimerosal for 20 minutes and then putting them in the NCSU-23 condition containing 8mM DTT for 30 minutes

本研究分为4个部分，第一部分对影响猪卵母细胞体外成熟和孤雌激活后胚胎分裂的几个重要条件进行了比较研究，确立了一种较好的培养方法：与颗粒细胞共培养，找到了一种适合猪卵母细胞体外成熟的培养基：mNCSU-23+15IU/mlPMSG+20IU/mlHCG+15%PFF+0.57mM半胱氨酸，成熟率和分裂率分别为(86.7±3.35)%和(86.3±4.16)%，国外报道的最高成熟率为(85.7±4.1)%；第二部分对猪卵母细胞孤雌激活的化学方法进行了研究，确立了化学激活猪卵母细胞的两种最佳方法：1将成熟的去卵丘颗粒细胞的MII期卵母细胞用20μmol/Lionomycin作用30min，再将卵母细胞培养于含5μg/mlCB和5mM/L 6-DMAP(6-二甲基氨基嘌呤)的NCSU-23培养液中，卵裂率和桑囊胚发育率达到(76.7±7.6)%和(37.1±6.4)%2将成熟的去卵丘颗粒细胞的MII期卵母细胞在200μM/L的Thimerosal中处理20min，再与8mM的DTT共孵育30min，卵裂率和桑/囊胚形成率为(81.0±2.8)%和(39.6±2.7)%；第三部分对孤雌激活胚胎的培养条件进行了研究，确立了一种最佳的胚胎培养条件：在SOF简单培养基中添加颗粒细胞进行前3天的培养，然后转入添加胎牛血清的NCSU—23培养基并和输卵管上皮细胞进行后期的培养，其桑椹胚和囊胚的发育率为(59.5±3.2)%；第四部分研究了IGF-I

On the bases of analyzing the recent ten years public literature, the paper elaborates the research status of Chinese government information resources management from ten aspects: construct significance, concept and its classification, management frame model, management method, exploit and use, share mechanism, compare with foreign countries. Then it points out some problems that are foundations theory research is unsubstantial, lacks of application research , absents human resources research on government information resources management , and so on.

以近10年CNKI(中国学术期刊网全文数据库)收录的在国内公开发表的科技文献为基础，从建设意义、概念及其分类构成、管理框架模型、管理技术与方法、开发利用、共享机制、中外比较研究等7个方面对我国政府信息资源管理理论研究现状进行综述，指出存在的问题：基础理论研究较为薄弱，缺乏结合实践的理论研究，缺乏对政府信息资源管理队伍建设的研究。
