Combining the definition of CWT and the derivative property of convolution, we constructed a general method to calculate the approximate derivative of signal through CWT by using the first and second derivative of Gaussian function, Haar, and the first derivative of three-order-Spline function as wavelets. As compared with the other approaches of calculating derivative, which include the numerical differentiation, polynomial filters, Fourier transform, and the recently proposed DWT method, fast calculation and simple mathematical operation were remarkable advantages of CWT method. For the signal corrupted by severe noise (Signal-toNoise Ratio=5), the satisfactory results could also obtained via CWT method through appropriately adiusting the dilations.

在此基础上，(1)结合连续小波变换的特点和卷积的微分性质，提出了使用Gaussian函数的一阶和二阶导数，Haar和三次样条函数的一阶导数作为小波函数的连续小波变换计算信号近似导数的一般性方法，与其他导数计算方法(包括数字微分法，多项式滤波法，Fourier变换法和离散小波变换法)相比，本法简单便捷，计算速度快，对于噪声含量较高的信号(S/N为5)，只要适当调节尺度即可获得比较满意的结果。

We indicate that when wavelength number is larger than 16, even 8, all of the networks show good small blocking performance. Further, we discuss different aspects that affecting blocking, including routing, wavelength number, wavelength assignment, wavelength conversion, multi-fiber and network connectivity. We find out that increasing wavelength or implementing multi-fiber can reduce blocking dramatically while in light loads (＜0.4Er), fixed alternate routing or First Fit wavelength assignment can improve the performance to some extent.

为了进一步获得更优的阻塞特性，研究比较了影响阻塞率的几个重要方面，包括路由（固定路由与固定可选路由）、波长数与波长分配算法、波长变换与多光纤、网络连接度，结果表明阻塞特性通过增加波长或采用多光纤可以得到明显的改善，在负载较轻时(＜0.4Er)，改用可选路由方式或First Fit波长分配算法也可以一定程度地改善阻塞率，但是这种改善受网络连接度和波长数的影响比较明显。

The main contributions of this dissertation can be summarized as follows: First of all, operation and compositor between interval numbers are summarized. Homology and dissimilarity between interval number and grey number are compared.

The numerical results indicate that the operator splitting method effectively suppresses numerical oscillations in the cases of high air bearing number. The numerical results show that both air lift force and pitch moment increase with the ratio of the slider's rail height to the air film characteristic height and the air bearing number, and finally reaches to stable value.

比较在不同轴承数下的气浮力和纵倾力矩发现：同一轴承数下，气浮力随气膜特征厚度减小而增加；当磁头槽台高度与气膜特征厚度的比值相同时，气浮力随轴承数增大而逐渐增加直到达到某一值后保持不变；纵倾力矩随轴承数增加而增大到某个最大值后减小。

The spikes per plant of diploid and tetraploidspecies were higher, but the kernels per spike, 1000 kernels weight and grain yield werelower than those of hexaploid and octoploid species. The NYE, NHI and NPE of diploidand tetraploid were lower; NDE was higher than these of Hexaploid. Variation of NPE andNYE was higher than other NUE indexes, which indicated that NPE and NYE could beused as indexes for NUE differences in different wheat related species.

本研究采用比较分析的方法，于2001年和2002年在同一栽培条件下，对江苏省射阳县多年栽培的药用白菊花种内分化的4个主要药用白菊花栽培类型，进行植物学形态、内在质量、苗期耐盐性、产量性状等方面进行了比较系统的研究，结果如下： 1、4个主要药用白菊花栽培类型在植物学性状方面存在一定的差异；红心菊株高最高，茎杆较粗，叶片最大，农艺性状较好；小白菊每株头状花序数最多，小白菊分枝性好；大白菊舌状花层数、数目最多；长瓣菊花序直径最大，舌状花花冠最长。

The basic procedures of the experiments were:(1)rule training:thisis pretraining in order to make subjects attend gradually to the numberdimension of stimuli,and master the rule of number matching.(2)formaltraining:a variety of cards loading number"3"or"5"served as samplesand comparisons.(3)transfer test,test trials were interposed among usualtraining trials of each session,the number is from 1 to 9,and three typestransfer test were proceeded.

两个实验的基本程序为：（1）规则训练阶段：用几个步骤使被试逐渐注意刺激的数维度，并掌握数目匹配原则；（2）正式训练阶段：数目3、5的多种变式作为样本和比较刺激，通过被试在各种样本和比较刺激对上的反应分析它们所利用的线索；（3）迁移测试阶段：将迁移测验随机插入每天的正式训练中，数目扩展为1至9，以验证被试数能力的抽象程度。

Objetive:To investigate the histopathological features and detect the mutation of JAK2V617F in PV、ET and IMF;to analyze the effects of the stages of myelofibrosis and the mutation on the number of leucocyte in PV and ET patients;Methods: the morphological features of 69 patients who dignosed in the first time were studied by HGF and Gomori stains ; the mutation of JAK2V617F was detected in 38 blood or marrow samples of PV、ET and IMF patients by real-time PCR;the effects of the stages of myelofibrosis and the mutation on leucocytes were analyzed;Results: Different stages of reticulin were observed in 15 PV and 15 ET patiens'marrow sections,and the cytosis、the pleomorphism and the bone trabecula side location of megakaryocytes were observed in all PV、ET and IMF patients;the means of leucocyte in patients with and without JAK2V617F were 20.4×109/Land 11.4×109/L respectively;the P value was 0.367 as comparing the leucocytes among different stages of reticulin increasing.

目的：探讨PV、ET、IMF患者的骨髓病理特点并且检测JAK2V617F突变的发生率，分析骨髓中纤维增生程度以及JAK2V617F对PV、ET患者白细胞数的影响；方法：69例初诊患者的骨髓切片经HGF染色以及Gomori染色后进行形态学研究；并利用real-time PCR法测38例患者的骨髓或者外周血的JAK2V617F突变；分析骨髓切片中纤维组织增生程度以及JAK2突变对患者白细胞数的影响；结果：15例PV和15例ET患者的骨髓切片中可以观察到不同程度的纤维组织增生，所有PV、ET、IMF患者骨髓病理中可见到巨核细胞增多、巨核细胞多形性改变以及巨核细胞定位于骨小梁旁；12例PV、4例ET、4例IMF中检测到JAK2V617F；有突变和无突变患者发病时白细胞数均值分别为20.4×109/L和11.4×109/L，比较不同纤维增生程度的PV、ET患者的白细胞数均值，P值为0.367。

Comparing tow methods of efficency pre-estimation, it finds out the new method fit for super-low specific-speed pump. Acoording to the study and comparison on efficency and reliability, the thesis points out merits and faults of the 5 types of impeller, and draws a conclusion that the complex impeller and partly blocked-flow-passage impeller are fit for the impellers of super-low specific-speed centrifugal pump.
