The experiment studied the effects of applying different amount of B and Zn to peanuts growth, development and yield. The results showed that by supplying rational micro-fertilizer of Boron and zinc, the growth and development of the first pair cotyledonary branch, root nodules leaves and pods could be promoted, the yield was significantly increased on the basis of supplying rational Nitrogen, Phosphorus and Potassium. In this experiment, supplying Boron 7.5 kg/hm^2 and 11.25 kg/hm^2 could increase by 6.87% and 8.19% in comparison with CK, supplying Zinc 7.5 kg/hm^2 and 11.25 kg/hm^2 could increase by 7.17% and 5.20% in comparison with CK.

Results At the dosage of 25 mg/kg,AN could induce higher incidence of fetal resorption and death,and decrease the average fetal body weight and le ngth with significant difference(P＜0.05)when compared with neg ative controls.At the dosage of 35 mg/kg,AN could decrease average vital fet us p er litter with significant difference(P＜0.05),and induce chang es of other indexes with highly significant difference(P＜0.0 1).At the dosage of 25 and 35 mg/kg,AN could induce higher teras rate,maternal t eras rate and malformation rate of vital fetus with significant and/or highly s ignificant difference(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01),resp ectively.There existed a dose-effect or dose-response relationship between abo ve indexes and doses.

The VVA0326- mutant carrying a deletion of the GGDEF domain displayed smaller colony morphology on LB plate while compared to the wild type. No difference in colony forming units was found indicating that growth rate is not likely a major factor to confer the phenotype of small colony. In addition, VVA0326- appeared to swim better than wild type bacteria on the swimming plate. VVA0326- grew better, while VVA0328- mutant, which carried a deletion of the EAL domain, grew worse than wild type when the bacteria were cultured on CAS plate at 30°C.
