目的运用生物活性指纹图谱预测其它中药能否促进骨髓间充质干细胞（bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells，bmmscs）。方法龟版浸膏依次用石油醚、乙醚、二氯甲烷提取，得到溶剂提取物，用mtt 比色法及流式细胞仪器研究了溶剂提取物干细胞活性，采用gc-ms 技术研究每一个提取物，根据总离子流色谱图的相同保留时间和相应峰面积，获得龟版浸膏 gc-ms 生物活性指纹图谱。

The feasibility of determining the pentosan in pre-extraction liquor from eucalyptus chips by using Douglas colorimetric method was discussed in this paper. The visible spectrums of xylose, glucose, mannose, galactose and kraft lignin were compared under the same color reaction conditions. The results showed that the disturbance from hexoses and lignin can be eliminated when the pentosan is identified and determined by the maximal absorption at 553nm.
