The results are as followed:Twelve protein bands in giant panda seminal plasma were identified by SDS-PAGE, the molecular weights were 74.9、59.6、 56.2、 54.7、 47.3、 38.2、 30.8、 23.8、 18.4、 16.8、14.0 and 13.4kDa respectively, six of them (74.9, 59.6, 56.2, 47.3, 30.8 and 13.4kDa) werepresent in all samples.
