A SPE procedure was suggested for extracting and concentrating fisetin by using different volume fractions of ethanol in aqueous solution as the loading conditions.

分别以中药黄栌的主要成分非瑟酮为印迹分子、丙烯酰胺为功能单体及乙二醇二甲基丙烯酸酯为交联剂，通过封管聚合法合成了分子印迹聚合物；将其装于自制的固相萃取柱中，研究了以不同体积比的乙醇-水溶液为溶剂时非瑟酮在柱上的保留行为；通过优化清洗及洗脱条件，使非瑟酮与它的结构相似物槲皮素在柱上得到了很好的分离。

In this project, we have deduced the joint inversion model of geodetic data, seismic data and geological data considering about their weight ratio; presented Bayes-iterative search inversion algorithm which improved on the traditional Bayes algorithm and strengthen the stability of inversion solutions; enriched and developed geodetic joint inversion theory and method of tectonic stress field; joint with geodetic, seismic, geological and geophysical data, we have inverted the temporal and spatial variation characteristics of crustal deformation of active tectonic blocks in North China and the present-day cruatal movement and strain-stress field by FEM, DDA and bi-cubic spline function fit method; especial for the crustal deformation result in some typical areas, we have presented geodynamical interpretation and done some seismic dangerous estimations.

大地测量联合反演构造应力场属于大地测量与地球动力学和地震学的交叉研究领域，主要内容是研究用大地测量地壳运动监测数据定量研究地壳运动和变形的动力学问题及分析预测地震，本项目推导了兼顾权比确定的大地测量、地震和地质三类数据的联合反演模型；提出贝叶斯-轮回搜索反演算法，改进传统的贝叶斯方法，改善反演解的稳定性；丰富、发展了大地测量反演构造应力场理论及方法；联合大地测量、地震、地质、地球物理数据采用有限单元法、块体不连续变形分析法和双三次样条函数拟合方法反演分析了华北地区活动地块运动时空变化特征以及中国大陆现今地壳运动与应变-应力场，对典型地区地表形变结果进行地球动力学解释并进行地震危险性估计。

Results showed that rapid cycling patients were more likely to be female, a fact more evident in bipolar I than bipolar II patients. Rapid cycling patients also showed a younger age of onset and a higher occurrence of depression at study entry. In the year prior to the study, the rapid cycling group showed poorer global functioning and a significantly greater rate of depressive and hypomanic/manic episodes. History of psychosis showed no correlation with rapid cycling but bipolar I patients were more likely to have symptoms of psychosis than bipolar II patients.

研究结果显示，快速循环病患以女性较多，而在两极I及两极II病患中更明显，快速循环病患发病年龄较轻，在研究期间较常出现忧郁症状，研究之前一年，快速循环组显示较低的整体功能，且有明显较高比例的忧郁及轻躁症/狂躁症，但是精神病史显示这与快速循环没有关系，但两极I比两极II病患更容易出现精神病症状。

The synthesis of eight compounds ( borneol ester and isoborneol ester) and other esters catalyzed by nanometer solid superacids were also researched. In addition, we still analyzed the distinction of esterification yield of borneol ester and isoborneol ester. The particle size, surface area, changes of profile and acidity of nanometer solid superacids were mensurated and analyzed by TEM, BET, XRD, IR and acid indicator.

Results The levels and the positive rates of serum CYFRA21-l, CA153 and TSGF of mastocarcinoma patients were significantly higher than those of normal womem controls and mammary benign tumors patients (P.05). The diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy of serum CYFRA21-1, CA153 and TSGF combined detection was higher than that of single assay.
