The role of a-Si:H sublayers is to interrupt the continuous growth and limit the thickness of pc-Si:H sublayers. The a-Si:H sublayers are deposited by two methods, one is fabricated by low hydrogen dilution ratio R = 4, and the second is deposited by pulse-wave modulation plasma with turn-on time (TON = 25 ms) and plasma turn-off time (TOFF = 75 ms).

Methods: Single lung in situ ischemic reperfusion animal model was used. 30 rabbits were randomly divided into three groups: sham group, ischemic/reperfusion group and ischemic preconditioning group. Wet to dry ratio and injured alveoli rate were determined. Ultramicroscopic structural change was observed under electron microscope. Heat shock protein-27 was detected with immunohistochemistry.

The burning propagation and displacement characteristics of in-situ combustion are very complex. This experimental research focuses on the effects of temperature on combustion mode (dry combustion or wet combustion) and water air ratio for wet type by oil oxidation cell and combustion tube.

The results show that(1)the barrier and passage effects of longitudinal range-gorge break the law of zonal distribution of air temperature in Yunnan,the law of longitudinal distribution of air temperature is obvious and the spatial distribution is very zonally asymmetry;(2)under the effect .

结果表明：(1)纵向岭谷地形的"阻隔—通道"作用，使云南温度的纬向分布规律被破坏，经向分布规律比较明显，空间分布极不均匀；(2)纵向岭谷作用下云南热量地域分布差异显著，南部热量丰富，北部欠缺，西部比东部丰富，河谷地区热量最丰富，滇西北及山区热量最贫乏；(3)6、7月热量最丰沛，1月最为贫乏，春季热量好于秋季；(4)近30 a云南年平均气温有明显的上升趋势，存在明显的7 a、11 a、18 a周期振荡；(5)云南年平均气温具有大范围位相一致的变化趋势及东部冷与西部暖的变化类型。

Methods 1038 eyes of 606 consecutive myopic patiences who had bilateral Custom Vue LASIK between March 2006 and August 2006 were involved in the study. Wavefront measurement and iris registration were performed in the upright position with Wavescan aberrometer, then more over iris registrations were performed in the supine positon during the operation with VISX Star S4 IR.

Extracts with higher antioxidant abilities, including hot water and ethanol extracts of Boehmeria nivea leaves and roots, were screened and then added into soy bean oil to study effects on oil stabilities of oxidation during storage and also to develop new XO paste products containing Boehmeria nivea leaves and roots. The extents of oil oxidation in XO paste were evaluated by measuring POV and TBA values. Results indicated that after 8 day storage at 70℃, the POV values of soy bean oil with addition of 0.1% of ethanol extracts of leaf and root were 56.27± 0.12 meq/kg and 57.13± 0.50 meq/kg respectively, which were both greater than that of control samples(53.33 ±0.31 meq/kg), showing that extracts of leaf and root do not have the abilities to inhibit oxidation of soy bean oil.

第二部分将抗氧化能力较高的萃取物，包括苎麻叶与根的热水及乙醇萃取物添加於大豆油中，探讨其对油脂贮藏安定性之影响及开发加入苎麻叶或根的XO酱产品，并藉由测定油脂中过氧化价(peroxide value，POV)和硫巴比妥酸值(thiobar-bituric acid value，TBA)值评估其油脂氧化程度，结果贮存在70℃下第8天时，添加0.1 %苎麻叶与根乙醇萃取物，其POV值分别为56.27±0.12 meq/kg与57.13±0.50 meq/kg，皆较对照组(53.33 ±0.31 meq/kg)高，显示以0.1 %的苎麻叶和根萃取物添加大豆油中并不具抑制油脂氧化作用。
