Ca2 was activated by microwave to investigate its physical characteristics and dechloriantion.The change of total pore area,pore area of different pore size zone,pore size distribution of the sample before and after reaction of different microwave activation was examined by mercury porosimeter.

Twenty-eight prototrophic revertants of the tryptophan auxotrophs were obtained through spotaneous back mutation from colonies grown on synthetic medium plates or nodules of plants.
