How to ensure this new structure to be in elastic state under frequent earthqu ake, be mendable under design earthquake and not collapse under infrequent earthquake, especially the last item, is the problem to be solved imminently in engineering field. Center around this problem, 5 aspects of investigation are carried out as following:(1) The experiment of seismic performance of ASCCs in this new frame structure has not been reported, in order to study this problem, 9 ASCC specimens with shear steel plate are tested subjected to the horizontal low cyclic loading, in which, the shear span ratio is 3 and axial compression ratio is different. The hysteretic curves of 9 specimens are obtained. The seismic performance indexes such as energy dissipation, stiffness degradation, strength degradation, skeleton curves and ductility of this kind of column are acquired, and the seismic fortification measures including ultimate values of axial compression ratio under different seismic degree are suggested.

1新型框架结构中所采用的角钢混凝土柱抗震性能的试验研究尚未见报道，针对这一问题，本文进行了9根剪跨比为3、不同轴压比、采用钢板箍的角钢混凝土柱在水平低周反复荷载作用下的试验研究，获得了9根试验柱的滞回曲线，考察了该类柱的耗能、刚度退化、抗力衰减、骨架曲线及延性等抗震性能指标，建议了角钢混凝土柱在不同抗震等级下的轴压比限值等抗震构造措施。

Compared with control group,the ADM level in the left lung increased(P＜0.001),but the ADM levels in the heart,liver,kidney decreased.The ratio of wet to dry weight of the left lung in experiment group was 6.491±0.248,and 5.937±0.361 in control group,there was no significant difference（P＞0.05）.No alveolar wall thicken,alveolar and mesenchyma edema were found in two groups.

实验组兔左肺的湿/干重量比为6.491±0.248，右肺的湿/干重量比为5.937±0.361，双肺的湿/干重量比差异无显著性（P＞0.05）；HE染色结果显示实验组与对照组均未见肺泡壁增厚、间质及肺泡水肿等改变。

To broaden desert shrub new utilizing fields, accelerate desert shrub developing to the direction of high added-value and high benefit, the paper studied on the liquefaction of Salix, Caragana and Poplar in the presence of Phenol under sulfuric acid catalysis. The optimum processing parameters for Salix, Caragana and Poplar liquefaction and resinification were investigated. The effect of molar ratio of formaldehyde to liquefied products and NaOH to liquefied products on the character and glue strength of liquefied products resin was studied.

摘 要：为了开辟沙生灌木资源新的应用领域，促使沙生灌木资源的利用向高附加值、高效益的方向发展，本文以苯酚作液化剂，以稀硫酸作催化剂对沙柳、柠条和杨木进行液化实验，分析了反应温度、液比、催化剂用量及液化时间对液化反应的影响；并研究了沙柳、柠条和杨木液化产物树脂化合成工艺和配方，分析了不同的甲醛与液化产物摩尔比以及氢氧化钠与液化产物摩尔比对沙柳、柠条和杨木液化产物树脂的各项性能的影响。

Results: In infants who received transpyloric feeding, the number of episodes of apnoea and bradycardia per day decreased sig- nificantly, and vomiting and abdominal distension did not recur after the commencement of transpyloric feeding.

结果：TP组：患儿TP后与TP前比较，在纠正胎龄为30周及31周时，每日呼吸暂停及心率减慢的发生率明显减少，未再出现呕吐及腹胀，在摄入蛋白及能量相似的情况下，体重增长速度比TP前慢。

Seven polyimides were synthesized and their films were uniaxially stretched to observe the variation in their in-plane birefringence. The creep method of DMA was used instead in stretching the PI films. The preload force and isothermal temperature were the two controlled factors that were chosen on the basis of the lowest stretchable force and lowest temperature for each PI structure. The elongation ratio of a PI film was then decided by the stretching time.

在此是以DMA 的另一种试片拉伸方式-Creep模式，来取代之前的Stress Relaxation模式对PI薄膜试片进行拉伸实验，Creep模式是以最低的拉伸力量及最低的拉伸温度的前提下，选择Pre-load Force与Isothermal Temperature这二项为拉伸控制因素，在此状态下的PI薄膜拉伸比是取决於其拉伸的时间，此种拉伸模式将可得到较高的拉伸比，而高的拉伸比是获取较高薄膜双折射率的必要条件。

The article adopts "humidity ratio" integrated emendation method and other two traditional emendation methods in emendation calculating on several group test results. The tests are : simulating test in artificial climate room on 110kV substation equipment of Yangbajing, Lasa and Yanghu by Xi"an High Voltage Lab; power frequency voltage discharge test of ZS-110 by Yunnan provincial electrical research academy. It compares and analyses the equipment test voltage emendated to standard atmosphere conditions with the equipment nominal withstanding voltage. And then it concluded that: the emendation value educed by "humidity ratio" integrated emendation method is basically equal or close to the equipment nominal withstanding voltage; but the values by two traditional emendation methods are mostly higher.It also proves that,"humidity ratio integrated emendation method is more perfect than any other methods, and it can reflect the influence degree of atmospheric parameters on electrical equipment outer insulation discharge voltage actually. The method should be spread in designing high elevation power projects.

文中选择&比湿&综合校正法和两种传统校正法，分别对西高所为羊八井、拉萨、羊湖110kV变电所设备所做的人工气候室模拟试验数据及云南中试所做的ZS-110工频放电电压试验数据进行校正计算，将试验电压的校正值与试验设备的标称耐受电压水平进行比较分析；认为：&比湿&综合校正法的校正值与设备耐受电压水平基本相等或接近，而两传统校正法的校正值大多高于设备耐受电压水平；进一步证明，&比湿&综合校正法是目前诸多校正法中较为完善的，能真实地反映大气参数对电气设备外绝缘放电电压的影响程度的校正法，在高海拔电力工程设计中应推广应用。
