The effects of different temperature and initial gasses ratio in Si-rubberbag on celery storage were studied,quality parameters including weight loss rate,etiolation rate,decay rate,respiration rate,changes of the concentration of oxygen and carbon dioxide in Si-rubberbag,cell membrane permeability and coarse-fiber contents were mensurated.

研究了不同温度以及硅窗袋内不同初始气体浓度比例对芹菜贮藏效果的影响，测定了芹菜贮藏过程中失重率、黄化率、腐烂率、呼吸强度、袋内O2、CO2含量、细胞膜透性、粗纤维含量等指标的变化，结果表明：温度对芹菜贮藏效果影响显著，但15℃与5℃环境下芹菜贮藏效果相差不大。

Abstract］ objective to analyse kawasaki disease' s clinical characteristic to improve the cognition and cure kawasaki disease.methods 52 kawasaki disease's clinical data from 1996 to 2005 in our hospital were reviewed.results in the 52 examples,34 were males,18 were females,the proportion was 1.89∶1.patients in 1～5 years old,took up 68.35%.symptom was pyrexia for over 5 days,antibiotic cure was useless.in the whole 52 examples,50 were exanthem,44 were eye conjunctiva congestion,50 lip bleeding with evaporation and dehiscence,46 myrica tongue,44 apyetous lympha denectasis in the neck area of the body,42 hand and foot-tip stiff swell,48 membrane peeling from hand foot-tip and the skin around anus after two weeks,12 cadiovascular expansion.

分析川崎病的临床特征以提高对川崎病的认识及治疗。方法回顾性分析1996～2005年我院收治符合川崎病标准的52例川崎病临床资料。结果 52例川崎病患儿中男34例、女18例，男女比例为1.89∶1。患儿年龄多在1～5岁，大约占68.35%。症状均为发热5天以上，抗生素治疗无效，其中皮疹50例，眼结膜充血44例，口唇干裂出血50例，杨梅舌46例，颈部非化脓性淋巴结肿大44例，手足末梢硬肿42例，2周后手足末梢及肛周皮肤膜状脱屑48例，冠状动脉扩张12例。

Results from this study indicated less than 10.85% reduction of the applied iron cyanide complex was detected in hydroponic solution in the presence of plants. This thesis demonstrates the pre-polymers in a polymer-dispersed cholesteric liquid crystals can be polymerized into a polymer film, which can eliminate the aligning capability of the homogeneous alignment layer. Thereafter, the textures of the cholesteric liquid crystals in UV-cured region can be changed from reflective planar texture to the scattered focal conic one. Additionally, the clearing temperature of the liquid crystals can be reduced by doping with chiral dopant or monomers. The cause is the increase of the impurity concentration in LCs. In other words, if the monomers are polymerized, the clearing temperature of LCs in that region should increase due to the decrease of the impurity concentration. Therefore, impurities associated with doping with monomeric and chiral dopants cause the clearing temperature of LCs in cured region to differ from that in uncured region.

本文中，我们提出在高分子聚合物薄膜之胆固醇液晶(polymer-dispersed cholesteric liquid crystals，简称PDCLCs)中，利用紫外光使PDCLC中的单体聚合成薄膜，此即为光引致聚合反应，而该薄膜将原本在表面所作的配向膜覆盖且破坏其配向能力，使胆固醇液晶由原本反射的planar结构转换成散射的focal conic结构；另外，有关液晶材料的相变温度会由於掺杂手性分子或单体而降低，此因液晶材料内『杂质』浓度增加，而造成的液晶材料之不纯度增加，最终导致相变温度降低，若搭配上述光引致聚合反应，则由於光照区之单体聚合，使该区域单体占总材料之比例下降，即不纯度降低，进而使液晶材料之相变温度上升，该区域之相变温度与未照光区有所不同。
