再者，舍利弗，一个比丘应该如是思省："我径行至村落或其他地方乞食，或拖钵结束的回程中，于耳听到声音时…，于嗅到味道时…，于舌尝到饮食时…，于身触起觉受时…，于心识知目标时，有否生起任何感官的贪欲、意、迷惑、或厌恶呢？"
