在西医药发达的现代，在台湾地区大多数民众仍沿袭传统，习惯使用中草药进行疾病治疗或食疗以保健身体，然而民众却常因服用不明药物或食品造成中毒现象，如1995年之减肥菜─守宫木事件，因此卫生署制定了「健康食品管理法」，对长期食用及制造加工考量其安全性，将虽列为食品者仍须进行毒性试验，因此在本论文中将针对一些与生活息息相关的农产品及中药进行毒性检测，包含急性毒性检测及重金属检测。

So our work is further to study the characteristics of DOX-induced cardiotoxicity with proteomics and metabonomics, combined with conventional toxical technologies, so as to exploring the unknown toxicity targets and selecting biomarkers to detecting the adverse effects.

为了深入了解DOX心脏毒性的作用机制、寻找新的毒性作用靶标及合理选用生物标志物以监测其不良反应，本研究拟将代谢组学技术和蛋白质组学技术与传统毒性评价技术相结合，研究DOX心脏毒性的特征。

Based on fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation, the toxicity of heavy metals was taken into account. The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation results by pollutant concentration exceeding standard weighting method, toxic response coefficient heck-stepping index weighting method and heavy metal toxicity sorting weighting method were compared with the potential ecological risk evaluation results. The research results showed that the evaluation results by toxic response coefficient back-stepping index weighting method could reflect the actual results more truly and accurately.

在模糊数学综合评价基础上，将重金属的毒性纳入权重考虑，通过污染物浓度超标赋权法、毒性响应系数反推指数赋权法和重金属毒性大小排序赋权法的模糊综合评价结果与潜在生态危害指数评价结果比较，研究表明毒性响应系数反推指数赋权法的评价结果更能真实准确地反映实际结果。

Toxicities of fenoxycarb on quail,honeybee and carp have been tested and its safety evaluation also been conducted. The results showed that:①the toxicity of fenoxycarb on quail and honeybee is low, quail LD50 is 6823.4mg/kg feed and bee LD50(contact 24h) 54.1μg/bee, LC50 (oral 24h)549.5mg/L.

测定了苯氧威对3种环境生物鹌鹑、蜜蜂和鱼的毒性，试验结果表明：苯氧威对鹌鹑、蜜蜂均属低毒，其半致死浓度或剂量鹌鹑LD50 为6823.4mg/kg饲料；蜜蜂的接触毒性LD50(24h)为54.1μg/蜂，摄入毒性LC50(24h)为549.5mg/L药液；苯氧威对鲤鱼的毒性属中等毒，其LC50(96h)为1.77mg/L。

The LD50 of acute toxicity to mice and chronic accumulated toxicity to bandicoots of crude and processed Radix Aristolochice were observated.Intestinal and myokinetic influence of normal and revulsive hyperactive gastrointestinal motility of mice induced by neostigmine were observated by giving aqueous extract and alcoholic extract of crude and processed Radix Aristolochice.Relieving pain and eliminating inflammation to mice also were observated .

采用小鼠急性毒性和大鼠蓄积性毒性方法观察青木香炮制前后对小鼠急性毒性LD50和对大鼠的慢性蓄积性毒性作用；观察了青木香炮制前后的水煎剂和醇提物对正常和新斯的明诱导的胃肠运动机能亢进小鼠肠肌运动的影响；并观察了对小鼠的镇痛和抗炎作用。

Through reviewing the reproductive toxicity of some major environmental chemical pollutants, including endocrine disrupters, organic phosphor and chlorine pesticides, organic solvents, and some metals such as lead, cadmium, mercury, manganese, the paper finds that all these ECPs have different extents of toxic effects to experimental auimals on procreation, gestation and even on offspring, some of which have been evidenced by the population epidemiological studies.

本文通过对邻苯二甲酸酯类和双酚A等内分泌干扰物、有机磷和有机氯农药、常用有机溶剂以及常见金属的生殖毒性研究的综述，发现它们均在不同程度上造成对实验动物的生殖毒性、妊娠毒性以及对子代的毒性影响，其中部分在人群流行病学研究上得到证实。

Then, the behavior properties of synthetic musks as POPs were analyzed on the basis of their biological accumulation, environmental degradation and biological transformation. Some visible adverse ecological effects including environmental hormone toxicity, genetic toxic effects, and physiological ecotoxicity of synthetic musks, and their influences on enzymatic activity, and their toxic effects on microorganisms were also summarized.

在此基础上，从人工合成麝香的生物蓄积行为、环境降解行为和生物转化行为等3个方面，对人工合成麝香所具有的持久性有机污染物的行为特征进行了分析；概述了人工合成麝香的环境激素毒性、遗传毒性效应、生理生态毒性、对酶活性的影响以及对微生物毒性效应的研究进展，展示了人工合成麝香所可能产生的不良生态效应。

Then, the behavior of synthetic musks as POPs is analyzed on the basis of their biological accumulation, environmental degradation and biological transformation. Some visible adverse ecological effects including environmental hormone toxicity, toxic genetic effects, and physiological ecotoxicity, plus the influence of synthetic musks on enzymatic activity, and their toxic effects on microorganisms are also summarized.

Results:Among the studied cases,most patients are male,little educated or physical laborers;the major clinical types are alcoholic hallucinose,and with alcoholic paranoiacs in the next place;clinical symtoms are varied,with somebody complications usually seen as the animentary canal and liver diseases.
