Materials and Methods 15 native Chinese-speakers with right-handedness were divided into two groups, include 7 men and 8 women. They were asked to perform Chinese synonym judgement tasks. Block designing was performed in this experiment, fMRI data were collected, data analysis was carried out using spm99 software, generated the activation map, and compared fMRI activation patterns of males and females in semantic processing.

材料与方法 15名母语为汉语的在校大学生，右利手，分为男性组和女性组，男7名，女8名，执行汉字同义词判断任务，选择组块设计方案，采集其脑部的fMRI数据，结果采用spm99软件进行数据分析，得到脑功能活动图像，并对男性和女性语义加工任务时的脑激活区进行比较。

METHODS: 12 native Chinese bilinguists with confirmed right-handedness were divided into two groups, namely English-specialized and non-English-specialized, equally shared by each group. By means of hearing, these subjects were required to finish semantic judgement tasks of English and Chinese words separately. Block designing was performed in this experiment.
