结果表明，日本沼虾染色体数n=52，2n=104，据双线期二价体的相对长度、着丝点位置以及形态诸方面的特点分析了核型，共分为A，B，C，D4个染色体组，核型组成是N=37M+4ST+11T；初级精母细胞减数分裂前期I可分为细线期/偶线期、粗线期、双线期和终变期5个时期，双线期的二价体存在弥散阶段，核仁明显，且双线期二价体着丝点清晰，给核型分析带来了方便。

Through the experiments on hydration of AH in the following sulphate（Li_2SO_4、MgSO_4 、 Al_2(SO_4)_3 、MnSO_4 、CuSO_4 、CoSO4 、CdSO_4 、ZnSO_4 、NiSO_4 、FeSO_4）, dissoluble sulfate hydrate origining from hydration process of AH affects it's hydrous rate, hydrous rate of AH does not connect with Z/R of cation in stimulation, theory that Z/R affect hydrous rate of AH does not exist. Third, hydration of AH in dissoluble sulfate complies with dissolve-nucleate -grow theory, concentration of Ca~2+ from dissolving of CaSO_4 is higher than one of CaSO_4·2H_2O, calcium sulphate dihydrite gets a motivity of crystallization. dissoluble sulfate takes the following function: double-salt or dissoluble sulfate hydrate from hydration of AH in it becomes heterogeneous particle and a kind of nucleation catalyzer, and reduces surface barrier when DH becomes crystal because the crystal of DH precedently appears in uneven place. Results indicate hydration of AH does not conform with double-salt theory, but it conform with this mechanism: dissolve-nucleate-grow, formation of DH is an uneven nucleation and crystalizaion process.

通过对CaSO_4在Na_2SO_4 、K_2SO_4 、Rb_2SO_4 、Cs_2SO_4 、(NH_4)_2SO_4溶液中水化过程，以及CaSO_4·2H_2O、CaSO_4与以上硫酸盐反应速度、产物的研究，说明复盐理论不正确；CaSO_4在（Li_2SO_4、MgSO_4 、 Al_2(SO_4)_3 、MnSO_4 、CuSO_4 、CoSO_4 、CdSO_4 、ZnSO_4 、NiSO_4 、FeSO_4）溶液中水化，水化过程中硫酸盐水合物的析晶影响着无水硫酸钙水化，与激发剂阳离子Z/R值大小无关，阳离子的Z/R参数影响水化率的规律并不存在； 3、无水硫酸钙在可溶性硫酸盐中的水化按照溶解-成核-生长理论进行，CaSO_4达到溶解平衡时Ca~2+的浓度大于CaSO_4·2H_2O溶解平衡的Ca~2+的浓度，CaSO_4·2H_2O获得结晶的驱动力，可溶性硫酸盐起到形成晶核的作用：水化过程与CaSO_4生成复盐或析出水合物所形成的细小物相，作为异质微粒使母相中存在不均匀性，这些不均匀性有效地降低成核时的表面能位垒，使CaSO_4·2H_2O晶核优先地在这些具不均匀性的地方形成，因此这些物质起成核催化剂作用。

That is: Firstly, the nucleus moved toward cell wall and a picture characteristic of synizesis stage of meiosis appeared; Secdonly, the transmigration of chromatin occured through CC, and a more extensive region constituted of nuclear skeleton left behind chromatin, which was named as"clear spaces" under light microscopy; Thirdly, at the late stage of synizesis, most of chromatin had gone into adjacent cells through CC and fused into a whole, and the nuclear skeleton left in the former cell gradually mixed with cytoskeleton in cytoplasm.

The results showed that the rates of mature oocyte were 75.2％, 73.1％, 69.8％, 63.5％and oocyte at telophase of MI were 16.3％, 15.9％, 16.9％, 27.0％, respectively. The rates of maturation of oocytes cultured in TCM199 with serum, EGF and TGFαwere significantly higher than that of with BSA team (P＜0.05) and the number of oocyte stayed at telophase of MI in TCM199 with serum, EGF and TGFαteam were significantly less than that with BSA team(P＜0.05); Significant higher rates (66.6％, 66.6％, 73.6％) of normalα-tubulin distribution in oocytes cultured in TCM199+ serum, EGF and TGFαwere compared to that of TCM199+BSA(43.3％)(P＜0.05). The rates of oocyte with cortical granules in cortex were 58.8％, 33.9％, 54.7％and 47.9％respectively, there was significant difference between oocytes cultured with serum, EGF and BSA(P＜0.05). In conclusion, TGFαand EGF can promote the oocyte nuclear transition from telophaseⅠto metaphase of meiosisⅡ, and improved the expression and distribution ofα-tubulin during the ovine oocytes maturation; EGF and serum could promote oocyte cytoplasm maturation. The results suggested that EGF and TGFαmight substitute some substance in serum to improve the quality of oocyte nucleus maturation in vitro, but EGF might be more functional than TGFαto promote the maturation of ovine oocyte ooplasm.

三、EGF和TGFα对卵母细胞成熟的影响未成熟卵母细胞分别在TCM199基础培养液+血清、TCM199基础培养液+BSA+EGF、TCM199基础培养液+BSA+TGFα和TCM199基础培养液+BSA四组成熟培养系统中成熟培养，22小时后上述各组卵母细胞的核成熟率分别为75.2％、73.1％、69.8％、63.5％，处于第一次减数分裂末期的比率分别为16.3％、15.9％、16.9％、27.0％，在添加血清、EGF、TGFα各组中核成熟率显著高于其它各组(P＜0.05)，处于末期的比例明显低于其它各组(P＜0.05)：添加血清、EGF、TGFα各组在a-Tubulin蛋白的分布与表达上(66.6％、66.6％、73.6％)明显高于BSA组的正常率43.3％(P＜0.05)；各组CG发生迁移较好的卵母细胞的比率分别为58.8％、33.9％、54.7％、47.9％，血清组和添加EGF组CG迁移至皮质区的比例明显高于仅添加BSA处理组(P＜0.05)。

Results C/EBPαand C/EBPβexpressed differently in the outer root sheath,follicular papilla,hair matrix and sebaceous gland in embryonic period.The positive signals were chiefly distributed in the nucleˉuses.The expression of C/EBPαand C/EBPβwere found in the basal cell layer of outer root sheath and sebaceous gland in the new born and maturation phase,The expression in nucleuses of outer root sheat cells decreased with the differentiation but enhanced oppositely in the cytoplasm.

Under the transmission election microscope, we had observed that the state of oocytes arid the cumulus cells around them was tightness, and there were plenty of long and thin microvilli playing the role of connection in the enwrapping. The shape of cumulus cells nucleus was ovate, and the longer and shorter diameters of the cumulus cells were 4.250±0.042μm and 2.750±0.07 μm respectively. The zona pellucida was well proportioned and tightly linking with oocyte. There were great deals of multi-crista mitochondria, lipid droplet and vacuolus. The mitochondria longer and shorter diameters were 0.600±0.106μm and 0.490±0.117μm. Granular nucleoplasma distributed very well in the cell nucleus.
