Methods Ninety cases of APCI were randomly divided into 2 groups: treatment group of 45 cases, were treated with oral clopidogrel bisulfate 75 mg, once a day for 10 days, also lowmolecularweight heparin 0.5 ml,abdominal subdelirium, two times a day for 10 days, the other treatment was as the same as control group without entericcoated aspirin; Control group of 45 cases, were treated with oral entericcoated aspirin 100 mg, once a day, also was given intravenous drip of xueshuantong 250 mg, once a day for 10 days.
