By introducing reasonable fundamental assumptions and the Green strain in orthogonal curvilinear coordinates,geometric equations expressed by the Green strain tensor for solving thin shells with large deformation are derived in this paper.

In this paper, using the orthogonal design method, 16 groups(96 pieces) of shear masonry specimens were designed. According to the results of the experiment, the effects of the mortar strength, kind of walling materials, the mixed quantity of PVB and MC for the shear resistance of masonry specimens have been analysed. By way of experimental statistical regression, the calculating formula of the shear strength of modified mortar masonry for every kind of walling material has been established.

First of all, the basis of the MRTD method is studied. In Chapter 2, wavelets analysis and multiresolution analysis, the mathematical basis, are introduced, and the characteristics of the wavelets basis functions, including orthonormality, compact support, multiresolution and so on, are also introduced. The advantages of the applications of these functions to the numerical electromagnetic calculations are discussed. In Chapter 3, the algorithm basis of MRTD: the combination of the wavelets and the method of moments is studied. This Chapter shows that the MoM based MRTD method is the combination of wavelets and MoM using Galerkin sampling.
