The effects of different plant densities on flag leaves chlorophyll content,SOD activity and MDA content after anthesis in stronggluten wheat interplanted in paddyfield were studied.

本试验在江苏淮北地区设计不同密度试验，研究其对稻田套播强筋小麦花后剑叶叶绿素含量、SOD酶活性和MDA含量的影响，结果表明：随花后生育进程推移，叶绿素含量呈下降趋势，且随密度增加，下降幅度增大；花后单茎干物质积累量和单茎籽粒产量亦随密度增加而下降，二者呈极显著负相关；随花后生育进程推移，剑叶SOD酶活性呈单峰曲线变化，可用二次曲线方程模拟，在花后1416 d达峰值，且随密度增加峰值出现时间提前，峰值数值呈先上升再下降的变化特征；随花后生育进程推移，剑叶MDA含量呈上升的变化特征，且随密度增大，数值变大；花后35 d剑叶SOD酶活性与花后单茎干物质积累量和单茎籽粒产量呈极显著正相关，而MDA含量与花后单茎干物质积累量和单茎籽粒产量则呈显著或极显著负相关。

In order to search after appropriate nitrogen application dosage and proportion of phosphorus and potassium in the fertilizer composition, provide with a reasonable economic principle for scientific fertilization and guidance schemes for the production of quality sun-cured tobacco, an orthogonal design was used with small plot trials in the suitable growing areas to compare the effects on growth and development, yield, output value, and smoking quality of sun-cured tobacco, the results showed that the influences occurred in varying degrees while less or ruleless effects displaying on appearance quality and botanic characters respectively.

为研究和探索红土晒烟适宜的施氮量和氮磷钾比例，为生产优质红土晒烟提供经济合理的科学施肥依据和指导方案，运用正交设计，在红土晒烟适宜种植区进行重复小区比较试验，研究不同施氮量和不同氮磷钾比例对红土晒烟生长发育情况、产量、产值和内在品质的影响，结果表明，不同施氮量和氮磷钾比例对红土晒烟的产量、产值、以及内在品质存在不同程度的影响，而对烟丝外观质量的影响较小，对植物学性状的影响没有规律。

The dynamic measuring method of alignment parameters based on the Satisfaction Criterion Model is presented in this paper. Using the quadratic regression crosscut combination method to organize the experiment, the mapping relationship between side force of slippage and camber angle and toe-in of the testing vehicles is obtained by regressing the experiment data. In this experiment, side force and slippage are testing objects, camber and toe-in value are testing factors.

本文提出了基于满意准则数学模型的车轮定位参数智能化动态测量方法，运用二次回归正交组合设计方法组织和安排试验，以车轮外倾角和前束值作为试验因素，侧向力和侧滑量作为试验目标，通过对试验数据的回归处理得到了试验车辆的侧滑量或侧滑量同车轮外倾角以及前束值之间的映射关系。

objective to study the correlation among psychosomatic health factors,depression,anxiety and sleep status in college students,to analyze influence factors in sleep status.methods with questionnaire opened in-vestigation,200college students were evaluated using cornell medical index,self-rating depression,self-rating anxiety scaleand pittsburgh sleep quality index.stepwise regression analysis was used.re-sults total score of sds was35.55±7.8,and sas was0.48±0.9.each score of cmi was higher than normal range,the highest was digestion system,next was respiration system,then,fatigue,eyes and ears,anxiety,sensitivity,tension,maladjustment in turn.total average score of psqi was6.32±3.6,ordinary sleep were115cases（57.5%）,good and bad sleep were42（21%）and43（21.5%）cases respectively.influence factors in total score of psqi were sas,cmi,respiration system,anxiety,past healthy,digestion system,fatigue,sensitivity,sds and malad-justment in turn,using stepwise regression analysis,total score of psqi as dependent variable,each factor score of cmi,total score of sds and sas as independent variables.conclusion problems of psychosomatic health,anxiety and depression could both lead to sleep disorder.

目的 研究在校大学生心身健康因素及抑郁焦虑等与睡眠状况的相关性，并对影响睡眠状况的有关因素进行分析。方法采用问卷式的开放性研究，对在校的200名大学生进行康奈尔心身健康问卷、自评抑郁量表、焦虑自评量表和匹兹堡睡眠质量量表的测定，采用逐步回归分析方法。结果 sds总分为35.55±7.8、sas总分为0.48±0.9，cmi评分：消化系统最为严重评分为2.52，其次为呼吸系统、疲劳感、眼和耳、焦虑、敏感、紧张、不适应等，评分均高于正常常模。psqi总均分为6.32±3.6，一般睡眠有115例占57.5%，睡眠质量较好42例占21.0%，睡眠质量较差43例占21.5%。评估对睡眠状况的影响程度，以psqi总分为因变量，选择cmi各因子分和sds、sas总分作为自变量，进行多因素逐步回归分析，进入方程的因素依据标准化偏回归系数，影响psqi总分的因素依次为sas总分、cmi总分、呼吸系统、焦虑、既往健康、消化系统、疲劳感、敏感、sds总分、不适应（f=226.8；p.01；r=0.73）。结论心身健康问题和焦虑抑郁可导致睡眠障碍。

It is revealed in the study that the heavy metal concentration of Pb,Cu,Zn in the leaves of urban trees (Sabina chinesis,Platycladus orientalis,Euonymus japonicus,Platanus acerifolia, Prunus cerasifera) is significantly related with the relative heavy metal contents in atmospheres of different urban regions of Yantai city, while no such relationship is found in heavy metal Cd, and that the heavy metal amounts of Pb,Cd,Cu,Zn in urban soils had no direct impacts on the heavy metal concentrations in leaves of urban trees.

通过对烟台市区不同大气污染区域绿化植物叶片中重金属Pb，Cd，Cu，Zn富积量和大气与土壤中相应重金属的含量研究分析发现，植物叶片中重金属Pb，Cu和Zn的富积量与大气中Pb，Cu和Zn的相对含量呈显著的正相关，而植物叶片中Cd的富积量与大气中重金属的相对含量相关不显著。

The medium composition and some fermentation parameters were studied by cross test and single factor experiments. The optimal conditions are as flows: Tryptone 0.76 %, Bean powder 1.0 %,initial pH 8.0, temperature 28 ℃, inoculation quantity 8 % and loading volume 30 %. Under optimal conditions, the maximum yield of biomass and microbial lipids reached 29.8 g/L and 11.7 g/L, respectively, which was 2.59 times and 2.05 times of those cultured in the original medium, after 9 days fed-batch co-fermentation in shake-flask.

Density and sowing date on the yield characters of weak gluten wheat Vannai 48 were investigated with multiquadratic orthogonal rotational regressive design.

The result shows: in 0~360 kg/hm^2 fertilizer can improve the plant height, dry matter accumulation of maize, nitrogen accumulation, root vigor, leaf nitrate reeducates activity, chlorophyll content and yield, meanwhile the leaves' nitrate reeducates activity, dry matter accumulation and the final output of wheat, root activity and other indicators were significantly correlated; Cultivating under the same conditions and dropping the fertilizer amount from 360 kg/hm^2 to 315 kg/hm^2, the dry matter accumulation will be increased, the roots vigor and leaf nitrate reeducates activity will be strengthened, but the yield are not obviously different in the same treatment.

结果表明：在0~360kg/hm^2的施肥范围内，肥料能显著增加玉米植株的株高、干物质积累盆、叶绿素含量和籽粒产量，提高根系活力、叶片硝酸还原酶活性；同时硝酸还原酶活性、干物质积累量、根系活力和叶绿素含量等指标与玉米最终产量呈显著正相关；在相同的栽培条件下，将施肥量从360kg/hm^2降至315kg/hm^2，植株的于物质积累量增加、根系活力、叶片硝酸还原酶活性增强，但处理间籽粒产量无显著差异。
