Coli pET32/IL-11/BL(DE21 that expressed recombinant human interleukin-11 in the flask have been studied by orthogonal experiment design, including the components of culture medium (glucose, tryptone, yeast extract and pH), shaking speed, medium volume and inoculum concentration.

为了探讨发酵条件对大肠杆菌表达人白细胞介素-11融合蛋白的影响，利用正交实验设计，对影响工程菌的生长及重组人白细胞介素11融合蛋白的表达因素如培养基中的葡萄糖浓度、蛋白胨浓度、酵母提取物浓度、无机盐浓度、pH及摇床转速、装液量、接种量等在摇瓶中进行了初步的研究。

Based on the investigation on the various results of the race YUNCAN 7 and YUNCAN 8 and analysis on the result items, the found shown the effect of cocoon number per kg on the some items of cocoon production and egg production, that was negative relation between cocoon number per kg and cocoon production per g of new hatched larvae, egg production per g of new hatched larvae, and hatch－ing percentage; positive relation between cocoon number per kg and egg number per g and no effect on other items.

对云南省桑蚕普种场2005年春季不同生产小组饲育的云蚕7、云蚕8蚕品种各项成绩进行了综合调查，通过对其调查的有关项目数据进行分析总结，发现蚕茧成绩中的&kg茧粒数&对蚕茧成绩中和蚕种成绩中的部分项目产生了影响，即：&kg茧粒数&与&g蚁收茧量、g蚁制种量、孵化率&呈负相关性，&kg茧粒数&与&g卵粒数&则呈正相关性。而对其它一些项目则无影响。
